Easy process - delivered on time
Would use the service again

Tests were dispatched more than 96 hours after ordering - not 24 hours after ordering (on a Monday) as was stated at the time of placing the order - and therefore took more than one week to be delivered. Had already left the country by the time the tests finally arrived - no way these could have been taken on Day 2!. No response has thus far been given to my previous complaint and refund request (made more than one month ago).

Still no response to original complaint or follow-up email - 13 January 2022.

One of the services of Covid testing I have used- some never even returned a result!
I did have some issues with website which were resolved via a reasonably quick email.
Otherwise a good and reasonably priced service

Simple and straightforward procedure with an almost instant test report.

I like to think that Probably due to high demand our testing kit arrived after the day two so the test was actually done on day four. Reasonably priced test kit when many charge much more. Would recommend but due to uncertainty with delivery order at least four to five working days before actually needed.

Good service, adaptive as new covid rules change. Test arrived promptly. Refunded 50% lateral flow when PCR became necessary without me asking.

Great service, test kits received the day after I ordered them without any issues.

We booked our tests a few days before leaving Spain and followed the instructions on the website as far as I am concerned straight forward. The test kit was at home when we arrived and again followed instructions. We received the results quickly and we were happy with the service.

Nice and fast services very easy to submit report

The process was extremely simple and it took very little time to book the service. The service was also prompt and met all my expectations

Extremely efficient reasonably priced service

The day 2 LAT flow tests arrived in good time, however these became obsolete due to the Government requirements for a PCR test being required.

Aeromedical provided a refund for the tests without being requested which was a fantastic gesture.
