Can't thank AF Thomas Electrical enough for next day delivery of our new washer/dryer. The lads who delivered it were pleasant and friendly, carried it through the house carefully and then installed it properly without rushing. Another great service from this local supplier of electrical goods.

The staff at this company are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I use their Chepstow Branch. They have a good range of all electrical goods. Their prices are compatible and I will deal with them for future purchases. I would definitely recommend them.

As the last reviewer stated they do not price match in spite of the statement that they do on their website. Why state this and get bad reviews I suggest that they remove this statement

Absolutely brilliant great service and excellent price

Website states price match, they had only one air fryer in stock but refused to reduce price to sell item. I always dealt with this company when they were in Commercial Road, they gave good service, but not anymore, waste of time contacting them now, wont be buying any more from them, (if they did intend to sell)

Bought online. they telephoned me straight away to say they only had one item in stock and that it was slightly damaged so if I still wanted it I could have a discount. They were brilliant. Really customer focussed.

Went to AF Thomas to try to source a cooker for my 81yr old Mum. They were fantastic in the store helping us choose the one that she wanted and went out of their way to arrange delivery and fitting in the Rhondda. Superb service

We went into the local shop to identify the fridge freezer we wanted, then travelled to Newport to see the actual model to measure up for exact sizes. Whilst there, we also purchased a dishwasher and asked if there was a discount for buying two items. Yes there was and they price matched John Lewis for disposal.
Delivery was at the time agreed, and the two guys (Mitch & Darren) could have not been more helpful and professional in their attitude to our property. Explanations of how to operate both machines were comprehensive and understandable. Sadly there was a small dent in the fridge freezer but once installed it could not be seen, and when this was pointed out to the shop, a suitable discount (although I pointed out that it does not interfere with the operation of it) was agreed on and credited to our bank. Thank you AF Thomas I will promote your shop to anyone that wishes to replace there items.

We received wonderful customer service we have received from this company, from the ease of ordering, to being kept up to date with everything and finally to have the old washing machine taken away, and a new one installed today.
I cannot recommend the company and the gentleman that came to my property to install today, highly enough.
It is rare these days to get such an excellent experience, but we truly appreciate it. I will definitely be using this company in the future

A SCAM OF A COMPANY
Bought a hoover for christmas to give to my mum, it came in a large box however it didnt bring the "stick" the part you actually hoover, it only came the main unit/cilinder.

After calling multiple times and emailing and been waiting for over a month, was told that after receiving the item I had 48h to complain and they cant do anything.

This is not just ridiculous but an absolute scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
