Easy purchase, shipping fast.

I love the authenticity of the pistol however, when I ordered the BBs and the CO2 cartridges, I wasn’t aware that I needed RWS air chamber lube to lubricate CO2 capsule other than that the gun worked perfect I am totally satisfied. I will be ordering the RWSA Chamberlain thank you.

Purchased an air gun that didn't meet my needs. I contacted customer support and they gave me everything I needed right away to return the air gun at no cost to me (except return shipping of course which was very reasonable). They credited my payment method within 2 days of receiving the original airgun I had returned. I then immediately ordered a second air gun more suited to my purposes which I received in just a few days. Both of the airguns were well packed and in brand new condition. I was completely and totally satisfied with my experience at Airgun Depot, especially with the excellent customer service and shipping departments. I wish all companies were as easy to work with. Highly recommended!

The BBgun is fine but I thought I ordered a pellet gun

I had an issue with a product. I communicated my issue to Airgun Depot. Matthew Z responded to my issue. Researched other products and came up with a suggestion. Replacement alternative product was sent to me free of charge and solved my issue. This type of response is exceptional. I am now a loyal customer and will shop at this company with trust.

Was a lark purchase, 250 year Daisy Red Ryder had to have. Easy as pie and delivered early.

The mag does not fit the gun-very simular but a quarter inch to lon so it has to be for a different gun but there are no numbers on it. Still looking to see if I messed up or you'll messed up!
