Ordered a taxi at the airport at 2am ish and the staff were prompt with giving us a rates, ordering a taxi, and told us our driver would arrive shortly. We paid less than an uber and also shorter wait... Toon meer

My experience on whole was excellent my driver was cheery and professional… unfortunately the first person I spoke to ( not the nice young man who made my booking) was surely and dismissive this bought my over experience down a bit but generally very happy.

Literally ordered cab and the driver was there so no waiting. £34 for a 10 minute journey is a bit expensive but when you wonna get home after a flight you just pay it.

Early arrived, earlier taxi, no problem
Our flight arrived in early, went to the desk to ask if we could get our pre-booked and paid-for taxi some 40 minutes early. They said ,"Yes, no problem". The driver was very courteous.

Rude driver
Driver didn’t speak the whole journey, then got in a heated argument with a member of staff at the hotel. Totally unacceptable and our drivers fault. The other guy was just getting into another car.
The drive itself was fine but the driver needs a lesson in manners.
