I am pleased with product quality and customer service.

The product arrived damaged in such a way that compromised the door and locking mechanism, there was also a crucial part missing (plastic riser for the locking mechanism, since the delivery was received wrapped we did not notice the damage until the delivery workers had left. From reading the email associated with delivery we understood this meant no return possible. We then spent 4 hours fixing the cabinet so that we could use it for urgent storage. We are a small voluntary community organisation. Happily the manufacturer agreed to a complete replacement and to also collect and remove the damaged cabinet. this arrived in satisfactory condition, but it took two volunteers two hours each to receive the delivery. We then found out that the collection would not take place that day but another day, as a small organisation this cycle of delivery, re delivery, collection has placed a substantial burden on three of our volunteers. The financial cost has been attainable but the organisational cost has proved too dear and we would not recommend any organisation in our sector or of our scale to engage with your company again.

The tables I purchased were very good value for money.
The information received regarding lead times was provided promptly and was accurate.

The service was good and the items arrived on the date advised.
You have dropped a star with the constant emails hounding for a review when I have already completed a review for you directly.

After a pretty unfortunate experience after missing two pieces of equipment, inbound sales manager Sophie Cole did everything she could to support which I was incredibly grateful for. She responded quickly and this gave me peace of mind despite a difficult situation. Would happily buy from the business again thanks to Sophie's professionalism and support.

Really good quality desks and kept very informed of when delivery was due. Kevin was also very helpful on the phone. The conference table top was chipped during transit and they have shipped a replacement. A+ for quality and A+ for customer service from my experience so far.

Order and receival fine, but the spam that follows was a little over the top. I was asked for this review about 5 times already.

Website easy to use to find what I wanted, ordering process very simply, good price on the parts ordered, good quality parts & prompt delivery.

Web site was easy to use and navigate. Order processing was straight forward and we received an order acknowledgement promptly. The goods were dispatched within the advised lead time by ArrowXL who provided an estimated date and time of delivery, and adhered to it. So all in all a very good overall service.

Goods arrived with a missing part. Replacement sent but this was also incorrect. Awaiting second replacement.

This was a delivery of screws that AJ hadn't sent out with a table I ordered. To be fair to AJ as soon as I emailed and told them they were missing they sent them out. This is where the issues started. AJ use a company called ArroweXL to deliver their goods and I have never had so much trouble with a delivery company.

Getting the table in the first place was nearly impossible with me stood outside watching them drive past then getting a call saying that I didn't answer the bell...

This time they said my building didn't have anywhere safe to park so I went back to AJ to change the address (who again were very helpful and resent it to the new address right away). I then got a call from ArrowXL saying the address didn't exist and had to explain in vivid detail how to walk through a door and look left.

It's a shame to score so low when everyone I spoke to at AJ Products was so helpful but I cant give a higher review while they use ArrowXL as their delivery company.

Delivered as agreed, easy assemble,and does the job.
