Calum was amazing and helped me get my server up without making me feel like a complete idiot. Couldn't be happier than to use Akliz for a server host!

Servers always run top notch, and I have used numerous other game hosting companies in the past. Akliz outperforms them all.

You do not have as much control over things as some others provide though, for example there is no access to your command line, and some plugins have to be installed for you, rather than being able to do it yourself. But with the server performance being as good as it is, this is a trade off I would make any day.

They do not host near as many games as others do though.

But they also let you have multiple servers, where most other's do not.

Support is always extremely fast, and as far as I can tell, knowledgeable about any issue that may arise.

I would recommend Akliz before any other game server hosting company.

They do cost a bit more than others, but all the cheaper ones you most definitely will experience lag so it is money well spent.

I've had servers with all of the minecraft server providers. Akliz is by far the best. Their interface is easy to use, their staff is amazing. I always get thoughtful and smart answers to the questions/issues that I may run into.

I had a problem with my Minecraft server and the staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. They walked me through every step thoroughly and answered any questions I had.

The service is also intuitive and easy to use. There's a myriad of modpacks to choose from and implement onto the server files. Server runs smoothly and all the controls and laid out for you to see. There's several help pages to help you get started and explain all the options in detail.

Overall: Great product and service, the best hosting server I've used to date.

This is an inaccurate review, because these people need 10 out of 5 stars if not 15, this service is unreal. any problem you have they help. I'm not exactly smart with computers, and frequently think, that little fairy s and leprechauns make all this stuff work, but as of late I fully believe that its Akliz service team members. Prices are more then fair for what you get, especially since there's always a team member ready to help. Who, by the way always seem friendly. Get Akliz for all of your server needs. This is not a paid review, I don't think i can swear but i would love to. these people are doing gods work. wish they had a food service and merch and stuff. maybe some day. Rock on little fairy's, get this bread, Akliz bread

They were quick about the response and solution on updating a modpack for a server, they were amazing!

I needed help setting up a plugin (GeyserMC) on my Minecraft server. I got very fast customer support from the Akliz Support team and the team were all incredibly helpful and very nice.

Amazing customer Service, the human helping me was kind, and didn't make it too complicated, C, you were great!

Akliz support responded within minutes when my server came across an issue that warranted a rollback. Their fast response allowed us to continue using their product with minimal interruption. After I was done contacting the support team, I realized there was something I needed to extract from a different backup and put it into current files, which was challenging for me since I'm not tech savvy. I asked them for help and the same person picked up, and they were done in less than 3 minutes. WOW! This is some really good support.

My issue with connecting to the server had nothing to do with the server but rather my game launch settings and Houston walked me through to resolve the issue even though it was outside the scope of his responsibilities. Really appreciate it!

Had a issue occur with my server, thank you very much to Natalie - who was on the job instantly & brought the result I needed to fixing it in one fair suggestion.

All I can say is, Houston is doing a great job. I expected to be dropped if it wasn't a server issue, which it's iffy if it was. But he went as far as to download all of everything to test and figure out the issue. Best experience with customer service I think I've ever had. Somebody get him a raise

Calum was an amazing help given how messed up my situation was. I spent the last three weeks working by myself on a server for my friends through the Technic launcher, and for some reason Technic decided to completely change Pixelmon Generations to "Mythical Cobblemon" thus changing the compatible version of Minecraft as well. This rendered me completely unable to even access the serve I put so much effort into. After speaking with Calum for what was literally only 15 minutes, Calum was able to remake the server using my server files and create a zip folder for me to import onto CurseForge! Calum was super nice and willing to explain every step of the process to me. If it wasn't for him, I would probably be in shambles right now!
