Needed a new Forge version added, Houston had it added within 5 minutes. Yall need to up this man's salary

Easy to navigate dashboard, good file transfer speed with winscp, and reliable server performance. Only had a one month minecraft phase with friends but it was a month without hitches at least.

I loved it from top to bottom, not laggy easy to make servers and amazing help from the people to make sure ur server works

I'm a first time server-maker and Akliz was what I went with. Had an error log on startup trying to make a custom modpack based on ATM10. Houston answered the ticket within a minute and had my problems solved within a couple minutes. Extremely happy I went with this company in the end and looking forward to using them in the future!

I was struggling to set up a new server from scratch and was getting very lost in the process. So I reached out to the support team for some assistance and Ben was so helpful! They saw where I was having issue and actually made a 1-click server setup for the modpack I was installing just to make the process super easy for me! The support team is quick, very informative, and real people! They've solidified me as a customer for life.

I don't have too much to say since my needs were simple. Minecraft modpack for three people over a number of months. That said I came from a different service provider who let me down many times. My experience with Akliz was one of simplicity. Easy to set up, easy to access files, and most importantly, I almost never gave any thought to what was going on with the server. It restarted when I wanted it to, was always available, I suffered no down time. It was just an all around good experience. I'm done for now but in the future when I need to rent out server space I'll be coming straight back.

The support is amazing.
Any question at all and you get a real person responding within a few minutes that actually knows what they're doing. If you ask a question when they're not open, they respond right way in the morning. Houston (the person that I've primarily dealt with) has been awesome. Would recommend.
