Absolutely amazing and helpful team. Ben was helping me with setting up a rust server for my discord group through the use of the command windows, something I have next to zero experience using. They were patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge in this field. Immediate responses to my multiple questions that helped me immensely. Sent me guides for steps I didnt know I needed to go through to get me the proper tools I required for setup.

Super helpful and clear, incredibly fast response times (less than 2 minutes), and very friendly.

Houston is the customer service GOAT

There is a support member named Houston that went above and beyond to help me make my server work. I was transferring a server that my buddy was running on a completely different service and it was anything but simple but Houston walked me step by step to get the server running even better then it was before. I couldnt recommend Akliz enough.

Akliz is a great group of individuals, genuinely some of the most kind and courteous server hosts I've ever worked with.

I took a several year break from Minecraft and that may have been because of several bad interactions with other server hosts over the years. Last year I decided to give it a go again with modded Minecraft and some friends that enjoyed Tekkit after a nearly 7 year break. Not only was Akliz able to get a server up and running that could support a huge amount of machines and redstone and several players doing god knows what, but they also had many resources available to make the experience as fun as possible.

Anyone who's played tekkit or other similar modpacks know that nuclear meltdowns happen, and when it happened to a friend on the server we were able to reset things to just 6 minutes before the melt down so nobody lost anything. You COULD chalk that experience up to luck but honestly Akliz took the safe route and made sure to have regular server backups of my server just in case something happens, it would not be an exaggeration to say it saved us.

Even though I had not used the server for about 6 months I was so happy with how well everything worked that I kept the server up even if that meant I only popped in once a month to check on the buildings we made and projects we forged.

The only thing that caused me to stop my subscription was lack of money, as money has been hard for a lot of people lately. I sent a quick email to their customer support and within minutes they got back to me letting me know that cancelling was quick and easy and they'd approve me for a refund of my most recent payment.

There's not much more to say other than if I ever need a Minecraft server again I will absolutely be checking out Akliz.

They are always so fast to respond and helpful with any issue especially houston. I always known i’ll have 10/10 experience when they answer

Akliz, and its team are all amazing, i was looking into getting a server for some friends and i, and it was all so easy, and fun, would definitely be getting another server with them, A+ all around!

I was dealing with a crash problem that kept happening and could not figure it out for the life of me. I wrote in the chat for some help and Calum responded and helped with, even looked into my crash report on curse forge. He went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate it.

Had an issue with a local world so jumped onto a livechat in the hopes they could help me. Not only did Houston help me, he went above and beyond to ensure i left a happy tekkit playing man. HIGHLY recommend this service for your hosting needs, you pay for top quality service at the end of the day.

Cathy helped me find a solution to my problem with making a custom modpack for minecraft. She did great even though it was really confusing. 5/5 stars. What akliz doesn't have with UI makes up for the hosting service and customer support. I will be using this host for future servers.

Just got out of a 3-hour long chat with Calum who went above and beyond to help me when I was about to go crazy. Tried to contact another site with the same issue earlier and they were not very helpful, but Calum was helpful from the beginning, very clear, and was able to fix a lot of the issues that we were not able to figure out and even talked to us 20 minutes past closing until we finally got it work.

Calum helped me fix my server issues! ATM9 added Cromta solo leveling mod couldn't fix crash for days! Calum got it faster than the discords for both modpack and mod could!

The staff is amazing and super helpful. They are quick to respond and do everything within their power to resolve the issue. This is the best server hosting Ive ever used and Ive used a ton of different services. Im super happy I found them.

They have been stable, quite easy to use. Documentation has always been straight forward and easy to follow. Customer support is amazing, truly amazing.

This is literally the best server hosting you could imagine. I think that the web-dashboard could get some improvements but that didn't bother at all because the game server was almost flawless. But the best thing is probably their customer service. 100% (literally) satisfaction. Response time is literally like 20 seconds and helps with almost everything accordingly. Totally recommend!
