Easy to set up and manage servers.

When I initially got some network problems and couldn't connect to server, they came to help in under 10 minutes.

Would use them again and again!

I don't have too much to say since my needs were simple. Minecraft modpack for three people over a number of months. That said I came from a different service provider who let me down many times. My experience with Akliz was one of simplicity. Easy to set up, easy to access files, and most importantly, I almost never gave any thought to what was going on with the server. It restarted when I wanted it to, was always available, I suffered no down time. It was just an all around good experience. I'm done for now but in the future when I need to rent out server space I'll be coming straight back.

Every time I've needed assistance, the support team quickly and effectively troubleshoots my issue and resolves it for me in a very short amount of time, keeping me updated along the way. They have always been fantastic. Highly recommended

The support is amazing.
Any question at all and you get a real person responding within a few minutes that actually knows what they're doing. If you ask a question when they're not open, they respond right way in the morning. Houston (the person that I've primarily dealt with) has been awesome. Would recommend.

The whole team at Akliz are stellar. Prices are easy on the wallet and the service far surpasses. I used them years ago for Space Engineers and just recently Vintage Story. When the opportunity pops up to build another server I will definitely be using Akliz.

Akliz has been an incredible host in the years I've been using them. Their hardware is beefy, the uptime is 100%, and their support is unparalleled. The company is a small team of genuinely kind people who I've gotten to know by name since I started doing business with them. They have literally worked with me over the course of days to help troubleshoot lag on my server, and have been accommodating of every (reasonable) request I've made regarding my account with them. I don't want to sound like a shill, but seriously, I have had the most positive experience with them since I started renting their servers several years ago. Cannot recommend enough.

Having never interacted with online servers for Minecraft, besides realms run by Mojang, i was very excited but also nervous to try and host a modded server for my friends to play on. I was nervous that I was going to get scammed or just be left high and dry with problems I had no idea how to fix but boy was I wrong! Anytime i was faced with an issue on the server side all I had to do was send a message on Akliz and within minutes I'd be sent a very helpful response. Never was I met with any negative remarks for not understanding something off the bat, just kind help to make sure everything was working correctly. 10/10 recommend for anyone interested in being able to play amongst friends while also having the benefit of mods at your disposal!!!
