Very good service during the purchase process by all the guys in the sales team. After car was delivered and paid for, I felt completely deserted by the service support guys, i had a few questions, for example why can I only put a maximum of 42 litres of petrol in the Equinox when the hand book says the tank capacity is 55 litres. Was just treated like a peasant and got gobbildygook. If they didn't know, why couldn't they ring Holden and find out. they saidI i should do that, so I rang Holden, and even worse, no response at all!

Sam was great to deal with from the Footscray team and the vehicle was delivered on time and as promised.

I love my car, it is just what I expected.
I was a little sad I didn't get a big bow when I came to pick it up but the staff were down to earth and overall it was a great experience.

From my first enquiry to buy one of the last Australian made Holdens I can only sing the praises for the Alan Mance team. Got a great deal with a nice trade in with some freebies. Delivery process was as agreed. My Commodore drives like a dream already done 16k in 7 months, ripper of a car. Had it's first regular service and the process from Alan Mance staff was excellent, liaison on drop off and pick up was most professional. I'm a most happy customer. Well done all.

An in stock on the yard new car took 21 days to deliver but was registered 3 days into the 21 days. waited for 18 of those 21 days with rego and insurance running.

I am not happy with their service department. Yes, friendly staff. But the job was not done at the first time, nor the second time, nor the third time. I had to go back four times to get my car fixed. My mechanic (independent) told me the water pump is broken. As I had no leaks under the car I was after a second opinion. I went to Alan Mance Holden with my 2012 Opel Astra.
They changed the container of the coolant, flushed the engine, checked the engine but did not confirm the damage of the water pump. Of course each time I had to pay for their service. Yes, when they finally confirmed that the water pump is broken, they discounted the invoice, however, that should have been done the first time.
Also, sales are not really keen to sell to you, my name and number was left for a Astra RSV but not once have I received a follow up.
I will stay away from Alan Mance in future, I will book in my car to change the Takata airbag but only because it is free of charge. Otherwise I will not bother anymore.

Perfect no issues

Great customer service & communication but not happy with whoever washed my car, it now has swirl marks on the paint. Maybe using a micro fibre cloth rather than a sponge might prevent this from happening.

Hi,
I had bad customer service experience at this dealership. First they said if u buy a car then we gave you test drive but if am just thinking then it’s useless. Secondly there was no greeting for customer, they never ever said thanks for business, never asked anything. When I went there I have to go inside to ask abt car they never come outside from their comfy cabins.
Third they delayed my car delivery for two weeks and they just ring me once after I had car, after that they never ring.
I never went again there and recommend other people too. Sorry but it was my experience and spend $56000. Big dollars but get nothing ☹️
