We are the Italian company that brought professional chiptuning to the world.
Since 1991, we have been designing and manufacturing hardware and software solutions that enable tuners, mechanics and technical professionals to read, calibrate and programme engine (ECU) and transmission (TCU) control units quickly, safely and with repeatable precision.
Today, Alientech is not a single product, but a complete ecosystem created to simplify daily workshop operations and make them more profitable:
- KESS3 – ECU and TCU programming via OBD, Bench and Boot within one integrated platform.
- ECM Titanium 3.0 – The benchmark calibration software, designed to ensure precise, structured and professional workflows.
- Powergate4 – The remote tuning solution that connects workshops and end customers in a simple, controlled and secure way.
- DynoDrive – Real on-road power and performance measurement, turning your work into concrete, demonstrable data.
Why choose us:
- Over 30 years of continuous research and development.
- Millions of control units reprogrammed worldwide.
- Constant updates of protocols and vehicle coverage to keep pace with the evolution of automotive electronics.
- Dedicated technical support and structured training through the Alientech Academy.
- A true “Workshop First” approach: we develop technology that genuinely simplifies workshop life.
We believe in transparency and in the growth of a strong professional community.
If you already use our solutions, share your experience on Trustpilot: your perspective helps other workshops make informed decisions and allows us to continuously improve our products and services.

Hi Bardhi,
Thank you very much for your feedback, we really appreciate it.

Terrible customer service.
I am very disappointed in the companies strategy with the way they handle problems. If you buy a slave, you are basically stuck with the company that you have your tool with. Regardless of how incompetent and unfair they may be. I would never again buy from them, but rather invest in a kt200ii. This gives you master ability. Allowing you to move your files to where ever you choose. Edit and response. You allow non professionals to be tuners, why should I not be allow to move my tool from them. Terrible business practice. I will never buy anything from alientech or any other company affiliated with them again. You have lost a client for life because you wont stand up for them.

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re sorry to read about your experience and understand your frustration.
The Master/Slave configuration is designed to create a structured and collaborative workflow between professionals. The relationship between Slave user and Master is not managed by Alientech, but directly between the parties involved.
For this reason, the experience can vary depending on the chosen partner, and we always recommend carefully selecting a Master that aligns with your expectations and way of working.
If needed, our team remains available to provide clarification on configuration options and to support you in evaluating the most suitable setup for your business.

I ordered my tool from an authorised dealer, 3 weeks later it managed to develop a fault. Alientech support (Italy) suggested I send it back for repair. After contacting alientech uk my new replacement tool was sent out immediately and delivered next day by DHL, amazing costumer service that saved me a lot of stress. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Hi Mohamed,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Hearing our customers’ perspective helps us grow, and it’s truly important to us.
Every day we put a lot of passion into providing support through our ticket portal.
Of course, besides solving issues, we fully understand that time zone differences can sometimes extend response times.
I’d also like to mention that when a ticket is opened, it’s not only handled by our support team: whenever needed to solve more complex problems,
our developers across the company get involved as well, so we can offer the highest level of technical support available.
That’s why we chose to provide assistance throughout the entire Italian working day: it allows us to have every technical level available for all customers and to always find the best solution to any issue.
Regarding protocols, we’re proud to be adding new ones every week.
For example, in 2025 alone we managed to add 147 new protocols!
Our focus on customers is always at its highest, both in support and in developing solutions that help you work independently.
Your evaluation will be a great motivation for us to keep improving and expanding our offering.
