If I could leave zero stars, I would. I wish I had seen the reviews on this company before ordering my pods and coils. I would have been better off just buying a whole new setup at my local vape shop. Communication with them is practically nonexistent and since they don’t update their tracking status, who knows if I’ll even get my order. But they sure were quick to take my money!

Having very limited options as my regular vape pen can no longer be purchased in Australia thus took a leap of faith and ordered. I was pleasantly surprised at eventually receing my order (Endura T18 vape pen & Coils. Yes my items also arrived via Netherlands but with the delivery cost being so little, what do you expect I suppose. Even though the shipping can take a month or so, I would not hesitate in placing a 2nd order when needing to. Thank you to all staff at Alivape that helped in making a 58yr old ex smoker enjoy what I have been used to the last god knows how many years. 5 star plus more.

I placed an order on the 9th of March. I still haven't received it. Today is the 30th of March. I reached out to the company numerous times and was told it should take 10 days. That was after the 10 days had already passed. I have requested a refund. I'm not sure if I'll get it.

The coils are fine. The shipping was problematic. Communication was good. I worked with customer service for two months and finally received them.
They are refundin 1/2 of the shipping costs as compensation.

If I could give negative stars I would DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered some stuff got a tracking number but didn’t ship i emailed them about it they gave me a usps tracking number it says shipping label created but not shipped still nothing got another email from them and it said please the label has been created it’s about to be shipped please dont email and ask again seriously thats legit what it said fraud fraud fraud fraud

I order d.10-11-2025 and PostNl. have only received a note and still don’t have the package after 16 days.

Alivape.com sucks ass. I order a 3-pack of replacement pods for my Smok Novo Master Box vape.... A MONTH AGO AND STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT. I have since asked for a refund and made sure to let them know their review would be just a crappy as their services are. Don't order from them if you want to ever actually receive your product.

Ok I give alivape 5 stars because yes it did take 3 weeks to get my products as the 1st shipment was damaged but they quickly re ordered and communicated it with me and there prices are simply unbeatable so with this being said cheap prices and they do get you your products and they stand by there word I feel with the way the vape companies scam Alivape is not one of those companies they get there products over seas which cuts the price in half and they ship as soon as what is allowed with customs so thank you Alivape .I will be a return customer 4 sure 😊.

I did not receive my order, however they did respond to my emails and issued a refund via PayPal pretty quickly.

Im in Australia and I wish I had checked Trustpilot first.
I doubt I will ever receive my order. Believe what everybody else is saying in these reviews.
Chinese rip off scammers.

After ordering I read the reviews, I have doubts my order wouldn't get delivered. I ordered my items on the 3/12/2024 and I received them today. I was surprised, However my delivery came from the Netherlands and an address from Hong Kong. I paid in USD.. Happy to get my order, I am worried about going through this company again though only due to the reviews.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are thieves and SCAMMERS! Prepaid for my items when I ordered online and never received my items. They will take your money then turn into ghosts!! Total fraud!!!

Ordered over a month ago and they dispatched it a couple of days ago.
They can go to buggery, won’t be ordering from them again!

I ordered 5 pack pro nord coils and waited several days for it to be shipped out not only that but when my package was on its way to deliver it was seized for being a counterfeit item.

It's a scam.... don't place orders. Was given a USPS tracking number that read label created but not shipped. After 4 emails they told me to give them more time and it'll be updated in the system. After 3 weeks it hasn't been shipped. I'm going thru PayPal to get my money back. Beware this is a Chinese based company.

This company is a scam. Took my money, gave me a tracking number that was never in system. Will not answer my emails.

I placed an order 12 days ago, have written to them 3 times, and still haven’t received an update on the tracking for my order. Not only that, after I wrote to them the first time, they did respond several days later saying my order had been picked up and was on its way but they didn’t have a tracking number yet. I replied asking why their website still said unfulfilled if it had been picked up. I did get that reply 8 days later with just a tracking number. However, today is day 12 and the tracking number still only says "label created"! I will never do business with this company again. Hopefully, I get my order (almost $100) and I didn’t just learn a somewhat expensive lesson. I’m disappointed in myself because I always check a new company before placing an order but I was in a hurry this time and have been desperate to find the coils I can’t find anywhere else.

I ordered vapes over 2 weeks ago still nothing other companies I get a notification with in the day they shipped Alivape is horrible to get your product worst I have delt with . Not a good way to keep business 🤬

They advertise this place as being in California but it is actually in China. From all the other reviews, I was afraid I would never get a refund but surprisingly I did about4 or 5 days later. So instead of giving this one star, I'm going to give them a two star because they actually got me my refund back instead of having to wait or never getting it at all. But I'm giving them only a two star because they lie about where their location is. And I didn't want an order that was going to take forever to receive because they are in china. And even on the bank statement it doesn't even say that they are ALIVAPE. It says yyjoshop Hong Kong Chi. So just be aware if people order from them, and you expect to get your orders quickly, that's not going to happen because they're coming from china. Unless you live in China then you're not going to want to probably order from them. Haha

Don't order from this company unless you want to wait literally months for your package (if you ever actually get it) This company tries to pretend that they ship their products from the USA but they are really shipping it from China. Never again!
