Website was easy but only after I made the purchase did I get an email that gave free shipping so I couldn’t use it. That was a bit frustrating.

I have been a customer of Allegro for ten years and my orders have always been sent quickly and all of the items are just as described. I find them to be a very reliable company.

I still have not received my Theraband. I get a lot of emails but no product. Why do they charge for delivery when it is much slower than the companies that do not charge for delivery?

I wanted to reorder an item. I found the old receipt record in my accounts but could not just reorder. I had to lookup the item all over again. I also had some difficulty with using pay pal. After completing my purchase I cot an email saying the item was still left in the cart. Not so since I had the pay pal confirmation. This is the first time I had difficulty with your site . Usually if is great as is the timeliness of delivery.

You did well, consistently. The products that I’ve ordered from you are competitively priced, have come from a wide selection and have been shipped in a timely fashion from the order date. Packaging has always been good, as has the follow-up to ensure that everything was received in good order. It’s reassuring to know that money is well spent with Allegro.

I am disappointed that Allegro will not handle the insurance claims to Medicare. Most of your customers are senior citizens that have trouble filing the necessary forms.

Online ordering is flawed and needs to be clear on where you want your order shipped.
