Came into the shop today to buy a swim cap, and staff were kind and friendly. Lots of choices avalible and reasonably priced, will definitely purchase again and recommend this shop. Thank you for your great service.

I ordered 3 pairs of XXL speedos online and assumed they would be the same as the XXL ones I has bought previously. Not so - the leg was narrower so they were not comfortable to wear. Thought I could return them but had already taken 2 pairs out of the packet and they wont accept those back. Not sure how I can tell if they fit with them still in the wrappings. I emailed the help email with some questions about returns but never got a reply. I wont be using this company again.

I've just recieved my daughters repaired race suit. It got damaged from broken tile in the cool down pool.
You have done a brilliant job of patching from inside and tied into the seam. We've gone from tears to smiles just in time for the NER's Thank you. Always great products delivered fast but the repair service is brilliant

Next day delivery included and a better price than buying direct from manufacturer's website. Excellent experience.

Very disappointed and will think twice about returning
Purchased a Zone 3 wetsuit which they recommended for my requirements and paid £140 in their so called sale . ..had it 18 mths it's had it's wear weekly in cold water swimming and is falling apart and ripping which I have experienced in the past with wetsuits however I can not believe I have found the exact wetsuit on Amazon for £52 which tells me every....no wonder it hasn't lasted
I feel robbed my them now , I also purchased a £35 pair of goggles which are useless

Falsely advertised a product, complaint made, sent generic response. Replied again. No reply. Be careful, as some products advertised to be higher spec than they are. Will be avoiding in future.

Excellent service!! We live in Ghana. I ordered on Thursday evening and the package was delivered today (Monday morning).

I found out about this company from my mother in law who used to live in Tamworth and has been getting her swimsuits from Allen’s for as long as I have know her. So when I needed well priced swimsuits I knew where to go.

Products are always shipped promptly, I ordered 2 suits yesterday and they arrived in London today.

When we needed help determining appropriate size for our first tech suit they were really helpful on the phone.

Returns have been easy. We had one issue with a tech suit which had fraying when we received it and it looked like a manufacturing defect. We took photos and it was replaced without any issues.

I think there is a reason this company has stayed in business for so long and should continue to support them. Great product, great service.

Absolutely Awesome! I have purchased quite a few costumes/jammas over the years from Allen’s of Kingsbury. Their deliveries are exceptional quick. Always super impressed! 100% recommend.

So impressed with Allens swimwear. Bought two swim bundles for my daughters (float,pool buoy,flippers and bag) really good value and delivered incredibly quickly from royal mail. I couldn't believe how quickly they got to us. All looks great quality and just what we needed. Will certainly use them again.

My daughter received a £50 pair of goggles from her grandparents for her 16th birthday just over 6 months ago. The goggles have become faulty and my daughter contacted the company to arrange for a repair or replacement. This company have refused and said it’s due to wear and tear. Utterly appalling service as absolutely no way should a pair of goggles costing this amount of money only last a few months. We’ve had cheaper pairs last for years so clearly a manufacturing fault. For the sake of replacing the faulty goggles as they should, instead my daughter and her whole swimming club will be avoiding this company.

I bought my daughter a race suit Arena carbonglide fireflow from Allen’s for her Christmas. After the first wear we noticed holes in the chest area. I reported this to Allen’s who asked me to send back to them for further inspection. This is the first time I have bought such an expensive suit. Allen’s examined the suit by eye & decided that my daughter had ripped it on a rough surface climbing out of the pool completely untrue as at competitions swimmers have to go out the steps. They then sent it to the supplier who said the suit was caught on a finger or hand. There stories are inconsistent and they cannot confidently say how this has happened. It is a manufacturing fault or my daughter has been given a damaged suit from the beginning. They offer no refund, part refund, exchange or repair. There after care is shocking. Do not buy anything over £100 from this company as they will let you down badly if anything goes wrong.

I ordered a swimming costume that arrived quickly and well packed, but unfortunately I had to return it because too small and just not right for me. However the best part of this experience was dealing with this company when I needed help for my return: the customer service is outstanding and the gentleman I spoke to was kind and willing to assist me with no hesitation, managing to sort my request in a few seconds. That is for me what makes an experience pleasant and memorable and, above all, a place to go back to.

Having ordered a pair of specific swimming goggles, it was a very positive experience - not only finding the particular make/model (even colour) but the despatch was very prompt at an excellent price point, too (compared to many others I found online).
To add to this, a particular postal service has let us down just when I would have needed the item as soon as possible (such is life) - despite this not having been the retailer's fault at all, they handled the issue very promptly and satisfactorily for the end customer.
So very positive experience overall and will certainly look at their stock in future, too for swimming gear.

Looking for some swim wear and came across this shop near Tamworth, what a fantastic place. We found exactly what we needed and also purchased other product's not seen any where else. Great for lots of swimming items.
The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Terrible aftersales service for defective product. An Arena racesuit costing £230+ which was custom fitted in the store ripped badly like a pair of tights after just a couple of wears in spite of being carefully treated and stored. Allens insisted we had ripped the costume deliberately on something sharp which simply wasn't true but they refused to believe otherwise and argued relentlessly with me and my credit card provider to avoid providing any remedy and in fact wanted us to pay even more for them to make a repair. Thankfully the manufacturer has now come to the rescue given the unsatisfactory service from Allens so I'd avoid the hassle of purchasing from them as service only seems to be good if there are no quality issues.
