From start to finish allied were fantastic gemma who I dealt with was so easy to talk to and certainly knew her stuff
We tast drove the car and it was just what we needed they supplied the car within 6 weeks which I thought was amazing
One small issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently
Thanks so much to allied mobility I can now get out of my house and attend hospital appointments etc also it has improved my mental state tremendously
Gemma is a credit to the company she was so professional and so easy to talk to we felt like we had known her a long time like a friend

Professional from start to finish. Helpful and courteous office staff. Demo well presented leaving no questions unanswered. Delivery reinforcing our understanding of how to use equipment. Great people.

We had really good help and demonstration from Nick and also he helped with contacting Motobility as I was exchanging a car early for a WAV due to changes in my ability. We were told to expect the vehicle to be ready Feb/March. The surprise of ordering the WAV a week before Christmas and receiving it this week Jan 21st was amazing Luke whi delivered it was really patient and helped my Mum video the way to anchor me in Wheelchair. Also all people on telephone updates were all very good ..the whole experience was extremely good and thankyou.

From the first demonstration to the final delivery - VERY SATISFIED. The two gentlemen should be commended for their professional, friendly & courteous srrvice. Very thorough explanation was given of the operation & workings of the vehicle. THANK YOU!

From ordering the vehicle and test drive everything was explained on the different aspects of the vehicle, delivery was very quick and again everything I wasn’t sure of was explained, overall experience excellent

Everything up to and including delivery was great 2 days on car started with faults dealing with allied customer service stressful saying they would return calls never did five weeks on still not sorted

The experience with Allied Mobility has been 5* throughout. From choosing the car, having the salesman coming out, to the timely delivery. They have kept in touch throughout each stage and kept me informed.
Andy who delivered the car was very friendly, and very knowledgeable, and was willing to take as long as we needed to make sure we were comfortable before leaving.
I am very impressed with the service from Allied Mobility and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The change over with the new vehicle went very smoothly, good communication when vehicle would arrive and demonstration was thorough . All very helpful. This is our second vehicle from Allied and would recommend them.

Called the Glasgow branch for advice as the rear bumper on the tailgate is rattling due to the rivets getting loose. I was just told”nah we don’t have any info on those”. Considering Allied do the conversion I was most annoyed with the response and the general “ I couldn’t give a sh*t” tone from the parts department person.

The people we dealt with were extremely helpful, all our questions were answered and everything was explained to us so we knew what was happening right up to the date of delivery. Extremely helpful and explained everything on the day and ensured we were ready to drive the car

Compre un vehículo adaptado en allied mobility. Pensando que era la mejor opción y me
7equivoque.
Esta empresa le falla la responsabilidad de hacerse cargo cuando un vehículo da fallos.
Se te crea un problema cuando llevas el vehículo a la casa y te dicen que lo lleves donde lo comprasteis, El vehículo se ha manipulado partes para ser adaptado, la casa ya no se hace cargo.
Allied Mobility mo tiene taller propio por lo que te quedas tirado sin poder hacer efectiva la garantía.
Por lo que es mas recomendable comprar el vehículo en concesionario oficial y después llevarlos a talleres especializados en adaptación como" Rehatrans".
Yo después de comprar un vehículo nuevo me he quedado sin garantías y me ha costado reparar en mi taller habitual.
Si Alliend Mobility tuviese la responsabilidad de encargarse de solucionar ellos los problemas en vez de dejarte tirado, sería una buena opción sus vehículos adaptados.
Espero con estás reseñas ayudar a otras personas a elegir.
