Allied Surveyors Scotland Reviews

All good. Very pleased.

After dealing with the team down in Peebles all I can say is a brilliant experience from start to finish. Kevin was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, managing to translate any jargon into straightforward English for the non-technically minded.
Top marks would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Been dealing with Iain & the team for a few months and they have all been excellent and would highly recommend !!

Allied Surveyors has been an excellent partner to find a premises for our business in Edinburgh. We really appreciated their professionalism, attention, support and excellent relationship. Collaborating with Bernadetta has been a real pleasure ; Ian was a very helpful first contact and all the Allied Surveyors team very supportive and serious. We highly recommend Allied Surveyors and we will don't hesitate to work with them again for another research.

Iain, Berndetta and Lauren provided a seamless and thoroughly professional service during our recent commercial letting in Edinburgh. A fantastic experience and I'd have no hesitation in working with their team again.

Precise and thorough service, great to work with.

Bernadetta was very helpful during our process and made things very simple for us . Great communication and very clear instructions of what was required from us

We greatly appreciate the invaluable support we've received from Allied Surveyors in expanding our office space and attracting new tenants. Their impressive network of contacts has played a pivotal role in sourcing potential tenants for us. Over the past five months, we've experienced a significant influx of new tenants, with eight individuals successfully occupying offices acquired through Allied Surveyors. Without their assistance, this achievement would not have been possible. Allied Surveyors are effectively empowering small businesses throughout the county, and their contributions should not be underestimated.

I recently used Allied Surveyors for the very first time and was extremely impressed with the service provided. From the initial marketing aspect to them finding a very suitable tenant to lease my premises in Edinburgh. The whole process was run smoothly and very efficiently start to finish . I have no trouble in recommending there services and personally will be using them from now on.

Iain and his wider team recently sold two of our commercial properties in the Borders region for us. An excellent, very efficient and first-class service. Very pro-active in moving the sales along to conclusion. Highly recommended.

Allied undertook the valuation of a commercial premises for our company, this was delivered timeously, efficiently & in a very professional manner. a special thanks to Andy Gray.

Allied Surveyors Edinburgh recently sold a Commercial property on my behalf.
Led by Iain Mercer and his team, a 100% professional experience. Attention to detail second to none, communication, dedication to client, first rate,
no stone was unturned to realize a successful outcome.
I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Valuation Report

We recently appointed Allied Surveyors Scotland to produce a valuation report for a car parking space that we have in the Edinburgh New Town. The comprehensive report was delivered quickly and demonstrated their expertise in this aspect of the sector. The report was precise, detailed and offered a very encouraging indication of the sale price. We have since instructed them to proceed with marketing the space and are confident that it will sell quickly based on the expert opinion that has been expressed by Allied Surveyors Scotland.

Iain and his team have turned what was a pain in the a***e before into an smooth seamless transaction with no noise or chaos , couldn’t recommend more

Thank you

I have family connections with a 1903 family home which I lived in for 25 years. Simon Breeze cut through my romantic perspective of my home and focused on the key part of the visit. Which was to look at what needs to be done before I put the house on the market. Much of this is not black and white and judgement is required on what work I carry out versus what I will get back in enhanced sales price. Simon has made it clear what I need to do in terms of priority work to achieve this. I am delighted with the service that Simon provided.

Simon Breeze is well-named he made the process of requesting our Home Report a breeze!

He was very knowledgeable and professional. Very thorough and explained the process in detail. I would highly recommend Allied Surveyors Scotland

Outstanding service from Iain and the team, responded very quickly to requests and made the process a whole lot easier than it might have been. Excellent company.

Quick and efficient service from Andy and his team - just as they said they would do. Special mention to Andy as he was actually on his holidays when he initially responded.
