We bought our camper nearly 6 years ago and still love it. We got a 10 year warranty on the conversion and have twice brought it back in to have repairs done. Both times there were no questions asked, “bring it in and we will sort it”. We have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. We have also had various upgrades added to our van over the last couple of years and have been equally happy with the quality of the work!

Post sales service has also been first class. I cannot fault anything with the dealings I have had with this company.

I would fully recommend using them and if I decide to upgrade my van in the future I would not look anywhere else.

After visiting a number of dealers in the north east this was the obvious choice
The finishing touch was good and the Reimo sliding bed made all the difference I would recommend its definitely worth spending the extra money for the extra quality

After a lot of research to find the best/highest quality VW camper conversion I could I bought a brand new 80K VW T6 from this horrible company.

Firstly they messed me about by not having it ready on the agreed collection date - That was a day off work and train ticket completely wasted!

On my way home the interior light fell down from the roof and the airbag light came on and wouldn't go off.

I got it home stuck the roof up and as soon as it rained the poptop leaked like a sieve !!

They took it back and put a really cheap roof on, when I got it home guess what - the new one leaked like a sieve again and the van was filthy and full of saw dust.

They had it back again, and this time fixed the roof, but still only fixed half the things on the snagging list and again sent it back to me full of sawdust.

Since then lots of things have broken despite me only driving 3k in it so far.
I made various complaints to managers who have no idea how to provide customer service.

Eventually, I got a response from them, telling me I need to deal with their solicitor, I contacted their solicitor who asked for loads of details and then responded to say he'd been de-instructed by them !

Eventually I managed to speak with the owner on whatsapp who I thought would be the voice of reason but he's the worst one out of all of them, rude and unprofessional, he clearly doesn't care about customers.

I was really nice to him, telling him that as I run a business myself, I really wanted to give them every opportunity possible to fix the issues before I left them a bad review but still almost 2 years later i've not heard anything back from them and they havent fixed any of my issues.
So i'm now reluctantly writing this review.

They look very professional but trust me they are far from it - STAY WELL AWAY !

I recently bought a newly converted campervan from All Seasons. When buying the van, the Sales Director was too busy cleaning a van to even come and say hello. The van is a 2019 plate and we are generally happy with it now. On our first trip, we noticed that the mattress for the pop top was missing, there was no wireless phone charger and only the passenger seat swivelled despite these being written in the vehicle spec. The sales guy argued that they cut and pasted the spec from one van to another and mine was sold as seen. No! I wasn't being fobbed off with that. I made the 80 miles round-trip to get the issues sorted. On our next trip, the armrest fell off the driver's seat whilst I was driving on the motorway and the catch for the fridge fell off. Another 80 mile round-trip was required. I couldn't find the fridge catch and All Seasons wanted £40 to replace this as I had lost it. I have since found a much better solution.
The sales guy never answers his phone and takes days to respond to emails. They seem to know the cost of everything but the value of nothing.

Whilst shopping for a campervan All Seasons Leisure was at the top of my list to visit and when I walked into the showroom I was blown away! The quality and detail of the campervans are out of this world and the customer service I received was excellent

Awesome vans there detail to the build quality has got to be the best .we have recommended over 5 people to all seasons for vans over the past year , when we meet for our weekend away there all still looking fab . We all say they are the best looking and best build quality on the market

We have recently bought our first VW campervan from a private seller who bought the newly converted van from all seasons leisure in Sept 2023 - when we bought the van we was given the handover pack along with other documents - 10 year warranty it states in the pack - that is until you look to make an enquiry re a fault - this company are appalling and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a van from them unless they will never want any after sales advise. 3 times my husband and I have tried to make contact - and heard nothing - eventually yesterday after an email the "salesman" rang my husband and said that the warranty was not transferrable and he suggests we take the van that is 11 months old since its conversion by these people to an auto electrician- What ... ? Really .. ? and the salesperson had the audacity to say it had taken 3 weeks to return our calls because they was busy handing over new vans - well good luck to who ever has just purchased one because if you need to have any fault repaired after you drive away you will be fobbed off as we were - i - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - aftersales is shocking - even VW commercial commented when I rang them for help that they had heard numerous similar complaints about All Seasons Leisure - -

Brought a vw campervan at all seasons really friendly team Jordan and Andrew no pressure to buy explained every thing fully on hand over a slight mix up over goody bag which Jordan sorted out would recommend taking a look if after buying vw camper van

I cannot fault the service I received, from all of the members of staff involved in the wonderful experience I had while purchasing my new All Seasons VW camper van. The range of vans in stock on site was unbelievable. I couldn’t believe how many different build options they have on offer. I didn’t intend on buying a new van at the time, but I received such a fantastic deal, I didn’t hesitate to sign the purchase agreement. I had looked all over the UK for a few years without finding anything that ticked all of my boxes. I was recommended All Seasons Leisure by a friend, and as soon as I saw their conversions on their website, I couldn’t wait to see them in real life. Their website does not do them justice in my opinion. They are far better in real life. Absolutely love my van.
A few little teething problems but they were sorted straight away. Outstanding service, beautiful craftsmanship, and I would highly recommend to anyone. Even just for a little look ha

Picked up our VW van today at All Seasons, fantastic experience thinking finally I’ve done it.All Seasons were very professional no hassle at all.Jordan the salesman was very helpful and put no pressure on us to buy one. I would recommend this company, even if you just want to look at the vans , your more than Welcome to do so.

If you’re looking for a camper van then go no further than All Seasons. The company has absolutely delivered what we’ve been dreaming about. The sales was totally no pressure. No sign of pushing finance. Totally receptive to our vision and needs. And an absolutely secure payments system with prompt acknowledgement of payments and issuing of receipts. I have no hesitation recommending All Seasons as a trustworthy supplier of your camper van dream.

Be careful of leaving a deposit. I drove the best part of 400 miles to look at a van with All Seasons, i left a deposit on a van I thought I would be purchasing due to no fault of my own I had to pull out after 24hrs. ALL Seasons cited they would not be returning the deposit of £500 as they had taken the van off sale and had the van serviced. They had Initially said the deposit was refundable if the van was not off sale for more than a week! Secondly having the van serviced- they would of had to have that done for any customer so in essence this has just saved them a job when the vehicle is sold. Shop with caution. I will add Jordan the Sales person was excellent and very helpful. This is not a reflection on him

Bought a van in Aug/Sept after an awful lot of deliberation. Hugh in Kilmarnock was great, we must have visited him 5/6 times, each time no pressure, just more and more info given from him. He couldn’t have been more helpful and then after jaunts all over Scotland to view vans it was a no brainer that Hugh and All Seasons were for us. Great decision very helpful, full of knowledge and definitely helped us. Currently loving our Van, cheers Hugh 👍👍👍

We bought our van and had it completely refitted as a camper to our specifications online and by telephone only. Quite a remarkable achievement. If you live in another part of the UK, or in our case France, this is a huge added bonus. if you want quality workmanship and an outstanding finished product then Allseasons are the company to employ. We collected our van last week and drove it back to France. We could not be happier. It’s brilliant. Many thanks to Ian, Marie, Jordan and everyone at Allseasons. I would have no hesitation to recommend All Seasons for their knowledge and understanding. You would find it hard to better the service we received from start to finish. They did everything and went the extra mile to make sure we where totally happy with our Campervan.

Fantastic conversion and a great service, especially from Adam who was constantly at hand when we needed him , what a great man! .
Just be careful of the small print regarding the 10 year conversion warantee, it's non- transferable, so if you sell your van anytime before the 10 years is up the new owner does not have the guarantee.
