Website states that orders will print in "5-9 days (including shipping)" but my ordered had not arrived 3 weeks after I placed it. I never got a shipping confirmation so I called customer service and spent half an hour trying to convince them to give me answers. One week after my call, I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation, so I emailed customer service to find that my order HAD NOT BEEN SENT TO PRODUCTION. A full month after placing my order I finally got a shipping confirmation. I ordered these for a client who can no longer use the full quantity. I sent several requests to customer service to give me at least a partial refund for my order, no response. Save yourself a lot of hassle and order from somewhere else.

Can i give zero stars? this company has horrible customer service.
I placed an order online. The next day I was told there would be an additional $50 due to the design. I asked for the order to be cancelled. Was told the order was cancelled, credit would be issued in 3-4 business days. A couple days later I received an email asking why the order was being cancelled. I responded immediately that their price was no longer competitive with the additional charge. Now, over 1 month later I find that our card was charged for the order, and never credited. Hopped on a chat session and was told the credit wasn't issued because they didn't receive a reply to the inquiry as to why the order was being cancelled. The agent stated they would issue the credit NEXT Wednesday or Thursday, as that's the day their refunds are processed by their oversees finance department.

The most staggeringly incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I asked for a digital proof of tone on tone gold foil stamping and they literally couldn’t give it to me. They sent me a quote. No, I want the proof. They sent me a contract. No, proof please. They sent me pictures of other people’s stickers. No, my proof please. I called them twice to clarify. They just couldn’t understand. Save your money and go somewhere else. It’s not worth the ulcer from frustration.

Avoid at all costs.

I printed 1000 stickers from these guys. They cut the stickers completely off centered and wouldn't take any responsibility for it. They refer to a small disclaimer on their site that if their cutting machine doesn't cut straight, it's not on them and on the customer.

They kept me hanging for over 7 days without replying to my 10 emails and calls about how to solve the situation and I ended up having to reprint with my local printer for much more money.

I should have read up on Yelp about this dishonest company and their shady business strategy.
