We had a fantastic weeks stay at Chalet Jolie! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was very high quality all through the week. The location of the chalet is perfect for getting the bus up into central meribel very easily for skiing.

The real stars of our week however were our fantastic hosts, Lucy, Evie and Huxley! All three were exceptionally helpful, friendly and looked after us phenomenally well.

Will definitely be using Alpine Elements again and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a ski holiday provider!

Made the booking process straightforward and felt at ease from the word go that everything was covered. Staff, food and hotel itself were top notch, ideal location slightly away from the noise of the main town, but easily accessible if we left our kit in the town. Nothing to fault, would happily book again.

We stayed at Hotel Tetras in Tignes. Even before we arrived, the chalet host was in great contact with us and it felt very personal. The on site staff were all so kind and friendly! The hotel location was perfect and the on site facilities were exactly what we had hoped for.
We've loved holidaying with Alpine Elements and will be returning to holiday with you again!

Friendly, professional, punctual service from our chalet host at Chalet Le Combe. Our host was Lillian Clothier and her cooking was excellent. Every single course was 5 star.

First class chalet with excellent chalet hosts Ben and Jacob who were extremely reliable, serving quality food on time every time. And the wine never ran out! Great team work guys. And thanks for your humour and enthusiasm in joining our games nights and for providing an entertaining quiz! A shout out also to Lizzie who was a delight and made a great recommendation for good, quiet skiing locations.
Slight negatives - the accessibility of the wifi from certain areas of the chalet and the electricity had its 'moments ' BUT none of that spoiled the holiday experience and I would happily recommend Alpine Elements as I will definitely use them again.

Despite some of the 1 star reviews our experience was the polar opposite of that. The staff were all friendly, helpful and sorted the one or two small issues we had during the stay very efficiently (Thank you Aneta).
The airport transfers went well and both left on time despite the nightmare that is GVA airport. Charlotte was on hand contacting us while we were stuck in the hideous immigration queue.
The Chalet itself (Elegant) was a little tired and could do with a refresh but it didn’t detract from our overall experience.
The food was excellent (better than the restaurant night!!!) and we enjoyed Elliot’s cooking. We have used a company in the past that does central preparation of food and then re-heat at the chalets (Yuch, never again); but not here. House white wine could have been better if I’m going to be really picky (gave a lot of us heart burn).
Ski passes all ready and waiting for us and the ski hire pick up went well on the first morning (but icing on the cake would have been to sort this at the chalet after arrival; we have had this elsewhere).
Elliot, our host, looked after us well and always with a giant smile. Thank you.
Even the admin pre-holiday went well and was relatively efficient though the payment part of the website could be a little better, but it worked.
Overall, everything was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would use them again.

Stayed in Chalet petit Philbet this year in Morzine and had such a lovely time. Leni and James great hosts. Food always spot on, lovely chalet and great company. Couldn’t of asked for more. For the price you pay I really don’t think you can get any better than Alpine Elements. Thanks a lovely holiday once again!

Chalet holidays are made (or not) by the chalet hosts. We were lucky to get Deni and James looking after us and had the most amazing holiday in Morzine. Professional, efficient and friendly. The food was outstanding and fuelled our skiing every day. Great location, ideally suited for buses to Avoriaz or Morzine.

From booking, pre travel communications, transfer to arrival in resort, Alpine Elements were easy to work with and professional. Resort staff were excellent, the chalet clean and welcoming with a great atmosphere and the catering was individualised, high quality and served with a smile!

Our group of 15 booked Chalet Laurier in La Plagne 1800 for a week from 25 January 2026. Our chalet hosts Ben and Jacob were first class and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they integrated with our group for our games evenings. Their catering was to a very high standard and we had no complaints. Wine was plentiful each evening also. Returning after a hard day's skiing was made more enjoyable with the daily fresh cake, tea and coffee and then a trip to the hot tub.
The chalet was everything we hoped for. This was our first time using Alpine Elements but would not hesitate in booking with them again. 15 very happy customers.

Had an amazing time with Alpine Elements at Chalet Ramo in Tignes. The chalet, itself, was cosy & practical, ideally situated close to the lifts. The hot tub & sauna were extremely popular after a hard day on the slopes & the lounge area was perfect for after dinner socialising. Daisy & Mollie were fabulous hosts, serving up delicious meals & ensuring any requests were dealt with swiftly. Rosie- resort manager- made frequent visits to the chalet throughout the week to check in with us & her staff. All in all, a fantastic holiday- would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with Tom and Cande with our hosts who couldn't have done anything more - would highly recommend the chalet.

Chalet was really clean and always warm. Communal areas always open and access to hot drinks etc whenever you wanted. Lucy, Evie and Huxley did really well at feeding us all - the cakes were really good.

I have given 5 stars predominately because Elliot, our host, was exceptional throughout our stay together with Tom. Nothing was too much trouble and Elliots cooking skills were amazing… especially his baking! Aneta, the chalet manager was extremely friendly and helpful and also deserves a mention. This all made up for the fact that the chalet, although comfortable, was a little tired and the location of the hot tub would have been better on the balcony.

Tom and Candie were brilliant hosts, couldn’t have been better. Made our stay really enjoyable. Lovely chalet and great resort as well

From the moment I spoke to Esther and Poppy in the office, to Matt the super helpful chalet manager to Lucy Evie and Huxley the brilliant chalet hosts, I was extremely well looked after. The chalet was warm clean and gorgeous. Lucy, Evie and Huxley were delightful. They produced delicious food, always with a smile, made scrumptious fresh homemade cakes for afternoon tea everyday,and were always helpful and friendly. The chalet was kept beautifully clean and tidy. I had the best week in a ski chalet ever. Thank you Alpine Elements.

We’ve had a fantastic stay in Meribel at Chalet La Combes. The chalet was great and in a fantastic location. The host Lilly was fantastically accommodating and her food was just what we wanted after a hard day skiing! She made our week really enjoyable and helped with any queries we had about the resort. Would definitely recommend Alpine Elements and Chalet La Combes.

Tom and Cande were very hospitable and we had a lovely week at Chalet Almach.

Our stay at Chalet La Combe was very nearly perfect. While the chalet itself isn't the most modern, it is highly functional and very homely. A particular highlight was the log-burning fire in the living room. The chalet is just under a 5-minute walk from the closest lift, and were you to finish in Méribel village, there are regular buses up to the chalet every ~15 minutes, free of charge. The real highlight of our stay was our host, Lilly, whose warmth, culinary skills, and kind nature made the whole trip just that much better. Lilly also possesses an intimate knowledge of Méribel, and was able to recommend a number of post-ski activities which we enjoyed. The one caveat to the chalet is that while it is technically 'ski-in/ski-out', that does require some off-piste skiing which even the more advanced skiers in the group found challenging. All in all however, I would definitely recommend.
