Don't do it - they suck you in and bleed you dry!
We rented a car from an affiliated company (EXPO) at YVR, we had to wait at the airport for about 45 mins just to get picked up. When we rented it showed as a YVR rental so we assumed it was at the airport, but we were wrong. The actual check in process was ok, but they kept adding additional charges that they said were not included in the Expedia reservation that we had made. We paid an additional $128.80 at the time we checked in. They said it was for insurance and extra driver that was not included in the Expedia booking. They also said if we returned the car early we would get a refund on the un-used days - but not for the rental as it was paid through expedia, but they would refund the unused days of insurance and extra driver. We dropped the car off three days later (two days early). The Manager was the one who inspected the car, checked the mileage and drove off with the car, and they drove us to the airport. On that same day on our credit card an additional charge of $128.80 showed up, as well as one for $500. When we called them (many, many times) over the next few days we were told that we had damaged the vehicle and that was why the $500 charge. They would not provide an explanation as to why they charged us the $128.80 twice. We asked for proof of the damage, pictures, invoices etc. and nothing was ever provided, and we never got a return phone call. We have now had to spend countless hours with our credit card company trying to get the charges reversed. I would never, ever advise anyone to use this company, they rip you off and I guess expect that most people will not challenge the extra charges.

Rented a car in Querétaro
Rented a car in Querétaro, Mexico on Sept. 29th. The overall rental experience was the worst I ever had. The Chinese made car had 106k km, the remote key battery did not work (they gave me car with the engine running), and the back door didn’t hold itself up - I opened it to get my luggage and it dropped on my head hurting my forehead. The car return experience was terrible. There was nobody in the airport counter to receive it at 8:00 AM and the process took almost 45 minutes. When I asked for a proof of the deposit refund on my credit card I was charged 0.20 cents of a Mexican peso (less than US$0.02 cents)… I am not giving this company a 0 star because it is not possible, but they deserve it. Do not rent from these clown company.

Nos estafaron
Nos estafaron. Pagamos el alquiler del auto, que nos iban a entregar en el aeropuerto. Jamás llegaron. Pedimos para ir a retirarlo a algún lugar y jamás nos respondieron. Hace 3 meses que espero la devolución de mi dinero por incumplimiento de contrato y le dan largas al asunto. Me hartaron. Estafadores de primer nivel.

Estoy satisfecha con el servicio, el auto en magnífica condición fue espacioso de acuerdo a mis necesidades. El trato del personal amable, me encantó que me mantuvieran informada antes de mi llegada. Solo un pequeño detalle con el seguro como sugerencia, creo que deben recalcar que hay que pagar un seguro. Ya que aquí en Canadá el lugar donde resido nunca he pagado el seguro de forma adicional y es mi primera vez que rento en México así que no tenía conocimiento.
