Incompetent grifters and thieves. Do not rent from this company.
I rented a car last January and paid $150 + $99 so that I could go to Guatemala. When I arrived to pick up my car the paperwork was not ready and they said it would take three days to prepare it. I had to drive 200 miles out of my way to Merida to pick it up. They said they would reimburse me for their mistake but I have received nothing four months later. No apologies either.
One of their employees offered me extra insurance for $800 US dollars. When I declined he lowered it to $500!! Like I said, incompetent grifters and thieves.

Precios demasiado elevados
El trato por parte de los empleados fue bueno, son amables y serviciales, pero los precios que manejan no van acordé al estado físico del automóvil que se nos dio. Tuve un percance con el coche y no tenía seguro y entiendo que fue mi culpa pero me parece injusto el que no haya un tabulador sobre los costos que pueda dar el hojalatero. Nos cobraron lo que quisieron y eso no me parece. En definitiva le quitó muchos puntos a la experiencia.

Car just getting down the train
Price and location were great. The attention and service from employees since reservation, filling the form, and delivery of the car was very kind, warm and efficient. The only complaint I may have is regarding the vehicle. It looks great except for the front tires that were worn out. I only accept the vehicle because of the hour of the night and this is not responsability of the employees; this is from the company. I would rent again.

RENTA DE VAN FAMILIAR
Renté una van familiar, el vehículo en excelentes condiciones, limpieza, mantenimientos, funcionalidad totalmente aceptable, el proceso de renta muy sencillo, amigable, por parte de la empresa me dieron prórroga porque a causa del tráfico iba retrasado a recoger la unidad, lo que me hace darles un plus en la evaluación porque se portaron muy accesibles, el viaje fue muy cómodo, por toda la buena experiencia desde la renta de la unidad. Sin duda recomiendo ampliamente el servicio
