The staff at AMK have been excellent in progressing my claim. Help was available by phone when I required to give information, by friendly and polite staff. One would be forgiven for thinking AMK is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. I engaged AMK to pursue St. James Place and 7 months later AMK has achieved no end-result whatsoever (meanwhile having tied me into a contract). I wish I had never encountered AMK.

Although process has taken a while, AMK have kept me informed of my claim as much as they could.
When getting in touch, it would be of benefit to have more phone lines as you can sometimes be waiting for a long time to speak to someone.

Although the actual process can be lengthy ( and they advise you of this at the start of your claim) they kept me updated on a regular basis to advise me of any progress.

Yes …. They do charge a substancial fee - but that is to be expected and I look on it as a payout that I would never have had without their service

Took almost a year , received countless pointless emails and asked numerous time for information they already had .
Took 40% off settlement , think I worked hard to get the money than they did !!!!

I was a bit sceptical at first,receiving a text message "out of the blue" offering compensation for mis sold service/goods. How many scam offers do we get offering "free money" these days?. Sounded "Too good to be true". But after a bit of research,I did contact them. After submitting a few details,the process started. It was quite lengthy (legal matters usually are!),but I was kept informed of progress via email. Reassuring. They worked hard and came through. The settlement was worth it. So,I'm glad I contacted them over something I didn't even realise I might be entitled to?. It did indeed turn out to be "Free Money". Recommend and Thank You!

I saw an advertisement from AMK legal regarding St James place. I contacted them and they took up my case . Every 4 weeks they would update me on how the case was going and eventually they got me some compensation . They did all the work and I didn’t have to do anything. Would definitely use them again.
