Customer service and ease of contact 5*. Had an issue with a delivery and contacted their CS with photos of a damaged delivery (due to Royal Mail) and without hesitation the item was replaced within 24hrs. Previous experiences with Amma Life equally the same in terms of product and service either by contacting them of through their website. so refreshing to not speak to a robot.
