Dear Gary,
Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer! 🌟
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with our CBD paste. We're glad to read that it’s effective for you, even though the consistency isn't quite what you expected. Your feedback is helpful and we have forwarded this on to our quality control team as we’re always striving to improve our products.
As this is a natural product, the paste’s consistency can vary. Although this does not effect overall quality and effectiveness of the product, we will continue to work on a solution for this.
In the meantime, if you have any further concerns or need support please reach out to our customer service team. We're here to help!
Thanks again for choosing Amma Life CBD!

Lengthy delivery time.
My order took 8 days to reach me. Not ideal when you’ve been used to the customary delivery time, and are desperately awaiting pain relief…..What happened this time Amma? I can see from the envelope this wasn’t down to the postal company. You’ve always been a reliable company in the past. Will be cautious in the future, and am looking elsewhere as a back up now as I’m concerned this will become the new norm.
Updated review: Thank you for your excellent customer service skills in replying to my review and looking further into this order Amma. That goes a long way, just knowing that each customer is important to you. Seeing the action that you’ve taken shows that you have gone above & beyond to check this out for me will keep me as a loyal customer. Great job 👍🏻

Great product overall
Great product overall. Only reservation is that the tea bag was of poor quality resulting in the bag breaking when the string was pulled allowing the tea leaves to escape into the water.

Rapid and efficient delivery
Rapid and efficient delivery
Your much appreciated product arrived here in France a few days ago. Many thanks - but please note that this delivery required payment of 10 euros in customs tax, whereas we paid nothing extra for the previous one. Difficult to explain, and not your fault, but worth knowing about…
Best regards,

Dear Margaret,
Thanks so much for taking the time to lave such a thoughtful and wonderful review. We really appreciate it!
Just to let you know that since Brexit (2021), we no longer charge tax at point of sale for non-UK orders. That means all products have the 20% VAT taken off it once you select an EU country. This is so that each country can collect its own taxes at Customs (instead of the UK collecting it and passing it on to relevant countries).
As you correctly state we cannot have any influence on this as it is will be based on Custom rules that are individual for every country, but it seems in this case that an approximate tax of 20% has been applied and would have been similar (perhaps £1.50 more after working out conversion rates) to what you would have paid with VAT on the product.
I am not sure why a Customs fee was not charged before, I hope this explanation helps.
All the best :)

The bottle is very poor quality which…
The bottle is very poor quality which means that it drips when you open the top as well as when its closed, unless its placed completely upright, it doesn't seal properly, resulting in waste. A very expensive fault in the the bottle. Will not buy again, despite liking the product. Disappointing

Antwoord van Amma Life
Dear Lu. Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that the bottle did not suit your needs. Due to the nature of the oils being a thicker consistency these are best used when the bottle is always upright after opening. For products that are suitable to be taken with you once open, we suggest the water soluble sprays or CBD oil with spray lids. Alternatively, the CBD capsules contain pure CBD oil encapsulated, giving you another convenient option for taking CBD supplements wherever you go.
All the best
