I have had such a positive experience with the brothers at Amsons. I have been ordering the Dalāʾil al-Khayrāt from them continuously, and they have been incredibly helpful and supportive every time.

They always go above and beyond to help, including arranging next-day delivery, providing me with discount codes, and being readily available on WhatsApp whenever I have a question or need assistance. Their customer service is genuinely excellent, and they are always polite, friendly and accommodating.

Really good brothers who clearly care about their customers and provide a fantastic service. I would highly recommend Amsons

Terrible experience. The product I received looks completely different from the pictures online. I feel misled and would advise others not to waste their money here.

They sent me a dirty prayer mat. I have been waiting for weeks for my refund. No refund still. Please avoid this store. I am waiting for them to respond to my emails.

It was my first time ordering and I won’t be ordering again.

Received a bogus parking charge ticket from the store car park. Had entered the car park but as it was busy there was no parking spaces and it took some time to get back out due to the rush.
Contacted the store to try and get it sorted but received no response to an email. Unprofessional and lack of concern for customers being ripped off by an extortiante, scammy parking company.

I cannot begin to thank the team at Amsons. I purchased a Gold Bakhoor burner and I absolutely love it, initially the was a problem but they immediately rectified it. First time using Amsons and will definitely be using them again. Great product, great quality and great service. Jsk

Customer service in-store was great. I took along a few family members to shop for thobes, they had so many different styles and colours, and even had all the sizes we needed - which was amazing!
The staff were then kind enough to guide me around the store to find other items I was searching for. Such a wide range of fragrances and products recommended through the Sunnah. Couldn’t praise them higher!

Recently called up and made an order I believe the name was Saad to be quoted correctly. It was great customer. He was fast efficient and very friendly I will 100% be coming back just for his excellent customer service skills.

An appalling excuse for a Muslim company! I have requested a return after receiving a faulty wooden product. They have ignored my emails and calls for over a week. I finally got approved for a return but they haven’t sent the follow up email with the returns label? I’m absolutely astounded at the lack of customer service, such bottom barrel behaviour! Avoid at all costs. The quality is rubbish too!

We placed an order and Abbas was very helpful in setting up order and dispatching order. Provided a discount to help us out.

Terrible customer service!

I ordered a black scarf in February, but it arrived with a hole in it. I contacted the company straight away to arrange a return for this faulty item, and after waiting until 12th May, I finally received a response approving it.

What’s even more frustrating is that they still expect me to pay for the return postage, despite the item being faulty when it was sent to me. Poor customer service and very disappointing handling of the situation.

This was disappointing and sad considering the people running the place are those of faith. They are dishonest and aggressive. I ordered 2 supposedly beautiful abayas, that arrived in the wrong size and crumpled. I was happy to return them and get them in the correct size but the employees were hostile and rude towards me. I then had to keep chasing up the process as there was little communication, and after I had gotten a hold of them, they said that the products looked worn and damaged when they had arrived like that. They refused a refund or exchange and told me that if I wanted one, I would have to pay more for postage or pick it up. Please pay attention to the sizing as if u don’t u may have to deal with these horrible employees and customer service.

Great customer service and the mens/boys thobes I purchased were good quality.

The service was fast and reliable. I was advised on the items they did not have in my order at the onset which i liked. Brilliant customer service skills!

Bad company. Ordered 1 Taupe and 1 Butter White Omani Thawb, was expecting for it to arrive at last week at Thursday, didn't arrive and said won't give the thawbs because it 'isn't part of our policy.' Insisted on giving my money back but I had told them to give the thawbs. Said they would and would arrive this Wednesday. Didn't arrive either and said Thursday. After calling, said 'isn't part of our policy and past ordering date.' Bad company, other online alternatives are available, high chance of not getting your items and really bad service.

My order came within 24 hours. Honest prices and amazing products. So happy with my order and will definitely order from here again!
