We understand that you have stated you did not sign the contract. However, our records reflect an executed agreement containing the terms and obligations associated with the financing. Because specific contract documentation and account details are private, we are unable to discuss those details further in a public forum.
We also understand your concerns regarding GAP coverage. GAP was not a product option available through Amur at the time the agreement was executed, and its availability does not change the obligations established under the agreement.
In reviewing the history of the account, our team has made multiple efforts to work with you and provide assistance within the options available to us. We recognize that this may not be the outcome you had hoped for, and we’re sorry the experience has been difficult.
