I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered an outfit for my father's funeral and paid extra for expedited shipping based on their promised delivery date. It arrived too late, making it completely useless for its intended purpose. I've spent over a month trying to get a refund, and their customer service has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. They continue to blame FedEx for the delay, even though I paid them for expedited shipping. I was also forced to pay to return the item, and they still won't tell me how much of a refund I'll receive. They have given me the run-around for so long. If you are not sure of the item, please be careful, they are not who they say they are online.
This product is shipped from India, but my return was shipped to Miami, and they say they have an office in New York. Nothing ties up.
Shaddy. This issue is outstanding since June 12th.

Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service and an unfair return policy. I plan to report this company to the BBB.
Beware of ordering.

My Experience with Andaaz: A Wedding Shopping Saga
Initial Order and Disappointment:
My saga began in August of 2025 when I placed an order with Andaaz for two outfits intended for an upcoming wedding. The first was the Priyanka Chopra Light Pink Chanderi Silk Anarkali Suit.
Quality Check Issues and Forced Exchange
Shortly after placing my order, I received an email from Andaaz informing me that the Priyanka Chopra Anarkali suit had failed their quality check. They told me I would need to choose a different outfit, as they would not refund my money. Despite this, the item continued to be advertised on their website. I decided to select the Nargis Fakhri Hot Pink Georgette Saree with Velvet Blouse as a replacement. Within a couple of days, I was notified of a pricing error and was asked to pay an additional amount, which I did.
Problems with the Custom Indo-Western Suit:
When the custom Ruby Red Soft Silk Indo-Western Straight Pant Suit arrived, it was significantly off in size. I sent numerous emails to various team members at Andaaz, essentially pleading for them to resolve the issue. Eventually, they offered a mere 15% discount toward having it altered, which amounted to $60. No one in the U.S. would fix it for that price, so I had to pay more out of pocket. By this point, I was unable to wear the outfit to the wedding.
Issues with the Saree:
Due to the earlier problems, I paid little attention to the saree initially. When the time came to wear it, I discovered that the saree sizing, color, and pattern were all incorrect. The saree was too short, making it impossible for even Nargis Fakhri’s height (5’7”) to wear comfortably, and the color was not hot pink as advertised.
Ongoing Communication and Lack of Resolution
Since then, I have contacted the Andaaz team multiple times via email. I am not seeking a refund; I simply want to receive the saree as advertised and avoid any bait-and-switch tactics. The team has refused to comply, claiming that the issue is beyond the allocated time for action. I never expected that they would make short sarees to save fabric, which is unacceptable. Andaaz must improve their quality control processes. Thank you.

The order was returned within the first 4 days but they have not returned the money. The second order was cancelled by them because they did not have the saree in stock and they are not returning the money as well - its been 3 MONTHS. Constant follow up - I write to the CEO as well - but no response. The delay and no communication has been frustrating. You'll be lucky if you find something good, but if you don't and you'll need to return, consider you money lost - STAY AWAY.

I ordered a ready wear dress I saw online. Clearly advertised as a jewel neck. Fits lower than my neck, which shows my flawed neck which embarrasses me. I contacted Andaaz, they first offered me 10% refund on a $132 dress. I refused. Sent pictures, and another email after days of silence, they offer me 15% refund. I refuse to accept a partial refund because they false advertised an item that was clearly not what I received. I need a dress for a wedding and now my money is currently being kept by Andaaz Fashions.

I bought my mom’s outfit for my wedding reception from Andaaz and I have been truly impressed with the level of service. From the placement of order , communication skills, easy of sending your measurements and their follow up. They asked questions if the measurements did not make sense. The outfit came yesterday and my mom was so happy that it fit but even more happy of the material and stitching.

Wow! What an amazing experience. I reached out to Andaaz Fashion for 3 custom outfits for a 3 day Indian wedding that I needed ASAP. Even with my tight timeline the team at Andaaz was able to pull it off perfectly. Being a bit out of my element, I was supported in types of garments for specific events, colors, and styles. Would recommended to anyone!

As always, I am amazed by the customer service provided by Andaaz. Specially, this time I accidentally ordered a size too big and the customer service reached out to me to remind me that normally my size is. smaller than that. I requested them to make the change and they send me the correct size, the orders came very quickly and the dresses are beautiful. I will continue to shop at this place for all my future needs.

NEGATIVE 5* if there was one!! I wish I had read the previous reviews before I bought from this company. Exactly the same thing happened to me. I asked if the outfit would arrive in time for an event on 23 March. They said yes if I placed the order that day. I went ahead then they said it wouldn't arrive in time and asked me to select a different design which would. They sent me photos and I picked one. Of course the item didn't arrive till over a week later ( despite having paid for 2/3 days express delivery ). When it arrived, it looked nothing like the photo. No sleeves, and the bottom half a completely different design. They would only refund me if I send the wrong product back at my own cost! How is this right? I had already paid for the express delivery which was useless, as well as customs and taxes on import.

On top of that, there is a price difference of €90 between the one I first ordered and the replacement that they offered me. They told me that would be refunded when the replacement was despatched.
Well I still haven't got this refunded!

What a scammer! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

UPDATE 29/04/2024 I have gone through paypal dispute and I am only going to get a full refund if I return the item to them at my own cost. Paypal washed their hands off the return fee stating it is of no concern to them. So be VERY AWARE of Paypal's so called buyers protection. Next step: Trading Standards for sure!!!!

I recently ordered 3 custom sized outfits and my experience was a 10/10. My sizing can be difficult. I ordered custom sizes and they walked me through how to properly measure and my clothes came within 2 weeks of providing my size even over Christmas. The clothes are a perfect fit and I plan to order more! Andaaz kept in touch through WhatsApp and communicated the entire time. They are the best! I will be using them all the time.

Do it! Order! Great qualit, style and support. I recently order 2 outfits for an upcoming wedding. Being plus size it has been challenging to find beautiful styles in bigger sizes. I was so impressed with the selection. I was a little nervous to order online, however the customer service was incredible. The chats on whatsapp & support helped with all my questions and gave great advice. This week one outfit arrived and was way beyond my expectations. Unfortunately my other piece was unable to ship at the same time and will not make it for my event / wedding which was very disappointing but the customer service team also helped with this situation. I live in Canada and from ship date to deliver took 4 days...very impressive!

Buyer be aware!

Please don't trust this company (Andaaz Fashions aka SV GLobal design PL) with post sales service. I ordered a saree and received their pre-stitched saree outfit which was completely wrongly stitched and not as per specifications requested. Initially, it was an ordeal to get in touch with CS. The phone numbers did not work and after many days and emails to prove the product sent was defective, Andaaz Fashions finally admitted to their error . It was very frustrating to get across to them as they were completely silent on many occasions ignoring my emails. They lack post sales communication . AF agreed the product be returned to them, and then, another issue cropped up. They were reluctant to pay for its return cost. They expected the customer to bear the return shipment costs, even thought the issue was a result of their error. This is not ethical business practice. They should not expect the customer to bear an additional return cost loss. They should take the responsibility and pay for the return cost. They were only willing to refund Usd$7 as a 'goodwill gesture' -just ridiculous! I had to proceed to dispute the charges with Paypal. Finally, the disputed case closed in my favor . So buyers please be wary of any post sales' issues that may crop up with your order. The company communicates well prior purchase. Once they have your business, the post sales service is poor. This leaves the customer frustrated for trusting them. Be cautious!

The outfit was beautiful and updates for order status were replied promptly.
