My experience with Angara was extremely disappointing.
I ordered a ring as a gift for my wife. The estimated delivery date was March 3, but it only arrived on March 9. When my wife opened the gift, the ring already had visible scratches and looked like it had been used. To make things worse, the gift box itself was defective.
I contacted customer service and explained the situation and my frustration. I even asked them to investigate how this could happen and mentioned that some kind of compensation would be a fair gesture.
Their response? They said the ring passed quality control and the scratches were probably caused during packaging. There was no apology, and the request for compensation was completely ignored. Their only solution was to exchange the ring, meaning my wife now has to wait another month because of their mistake.
For comparison, I’ve purchased jewelry from Tiffany & Co. and Cartier, and I’ve never had to worry about damaged jewelry or broken packaging.
I also had conversations with sales representative Rushi and later with senior manager Barbara — both made the situation even worse. Barbara placed a replacement order without my confirmation, claiming it was to speed things up. She promised a free chain as compensation, but said the new ring would not be returnable once received. We were also promised a discount, but I only received 270 CAD, even though the alternative ring we discussed was 680 CAD cheaper. I asked multiple times for clarification on this amount and was repeatedly ignored.
Very poor quality control, lack of transparency, and disappointing customer service. I won’t be buying from Angara again.

1. I ordered this ring on October 10, 2025
2. Gave it to my wife for her birthday on December 20, 2025
3. Pearl fell off on January 6, 2026, requested new ring
4. Jan 22 you accepted the ring for repairs
5. Told me I would receive ring back in 7 days. It was coming back from China – not in seven days
6. Received ring approximately Feb 20th
7. Feb 28 the pearl fell off AGAIN
This is a dud ring and a dud design. I am demanding a full refund to my account immediately after which I will send this ring wherever you want it sent but not until I receive my payment back in full. I expect an immediate reply before I call up social media about this ripoff ring and NO I do not want it repaired again.

There is nothing wrong with your ring. We sell many of that ring with zero problems. You picked a softer metal and,that was your choice. Also, a large pearl ring is a more delicate selection .
Your ring is past the return period which is posted on our website. However, as a one last time offer, we will make you a brand new silver ring with a new 10mm pearl.
Mail your ring back to us. We recommend sending it with a tracking number and insurance to protect yourself. In the box put a LARGE note with your order number and your shipping address. We will pay to mail it back to your preferred shipping addres.

WHAT! Are you nuts? You admit this ring is a piece of shit and you want me to pay for a better ring. This is bullshit and you are making me pay for the shoddy ring you guys are selling for over $400! I want my money returned now and let me know what you want done with this piece of crap ring. What’s wrong with you? That is the most unintelligent reply I ever heard to a customer complaint to a a customer complaint and request put in concerning a guarantee.
Put this up the management ranks Barb until someone will return my money and let me know what to do with this dud.
Instead of getting my money back you want ME to get it fixed locally and pay for that or up grade to a better ring at a bigger cost after this ring should not be for sale in the first place except for a prize in a bubble gum machine.
Please send this up to someone who can make a decision and I will open my case at the BBB.

I can understand why you are upset about the pearl ring. You purchased something lovely for someone you love. That was a big decision and purchase. We replaced the pearl once for free. I want to share a few facts about your ring that may be helpful. You purchased a lovely large 10mm pearl. That being said, if a pearl ring will be worn daily it should have a protective bezel or halo setting. A pearl is a delicate gemstone. Also, you purchased a silver ring. Silver looks good but it is a softer metal. That means that the prongs are softer and more likely to bend or move in daily wear. If the prongs move, the pearl can fall out. I recommend upgrading to 14K white gold. It will look the same and be strong. You are not obligated to have us fix your ring. However, we can provide a price to replace the pearl or alter the design if you would like. I want to help you come up with a solution. Please let me know if you would like us to provide the service or you wish to handle it locally.
