The Van was great, we travelled from Sunshine Coast Queensland to Bunbury WA. The drive taking 7 days.
The van/home was clean, tidy and stocked with utensils and everything to make it comfortable.
The truck itself, drove like a dream. It took me 2 days to get the feel of it, then all great. Easier to park that I ever thought.
Drop off was great, we took the drop and go package. 👌

Fabulous! We were first time motorhome hirers after travelling in a converted troop carrier for years. We absolutely loved it - so easy to drive, no setting up beds and super comfortable, travelling from Adelaide to Uluru return. We will def be hiring again and recommend anyone who is thinking about it, to try hiring a motorhome. Easiest road trip EVER, staff at Apollo were so easy to deal with on pick up and return

Very efficient and kind persons at the desk

Very comfortable Campervan, also extremely reliable, we knocked off just over 7000km, and the engine was bullet proof
One problem was that we paid for a drop and go package. When we arrived in Darwin we were instructed to drive away and find a dump station for the toilet cassette, as Darwin does not provide this facility.
We paid $140 for the Drop and Go and were very disappointed this We could not drop and leave.
A Staff member should have taken the van to the dump station, as we had paid a considerable amount for this service

Excellent experience with Apollo Motorhome Holidays. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Everything was well organised, and the motorhome was clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Apollo to others!

Staff were great

Van was good but one of the seats that made up the bottom bed were broken.
We had to buy screws and screwdriver to repair ourselves.

Our experience with Josh at Alice Springs was fantastic. We were heading to Uluru on the Stuart highway when just inside the city limits something hit the right side stationary window hard and actually put a hole in it shattering the glass We were close to the facility and it was early morning. We explained to Josh that we
needed a motorhome to finish our journey. Within one and a half hours Josh found us a replacement vehicle and we were on our way. Even at drop off he was very efficient and had us on our way in no time as we had a flight to Brisbane

The campervan was good, everything was in place and easy to use! The drive was smooth!

Timo helped us to checked out our van and he was helpful!

The staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived to pick up our campervan. We were shown how everything worked and where everything was. A little disappointed that we were given a plastic stool to climb in and out of the campervan because the original foldaway step was not on it for some reason.

Was overall a good trip, but I think should explained better what do in case of the alarm for the co is beeping.

After several rentals at Apollo/THL, I tried another company for my previous trip: what a mistake! Dirty vehicle, air conditioning that doesn't work, cruise control that doesn't work, and especially a silly reason to charge 400AUD for a handle that was already broken. Very happy to have found Apollo and a well-prepared vehicle, and a team at the top.

Awesome service. Great staff, easy pick up and drop off. Campervan was amazing. No hustle at all.
