I was a first time hirer, and the service, welcome, and pre arrival information was all really easy to follow and helpful. Nancy at the Brisbane office was very reassuring, and asked questions and managed the hectic arrivals desk calmly.

Compared to last time it was far less comfortable and positive experience.
There were three main reasons for this:
1. We flew in from NZ with just our suitcases for a week at the Mundi Mundi music festival. We bought one wool blanket as an extra but it was very cold in the van overnight as were in south Australia in August yet the bedding was the same as Queensland in October - no underblanket, one thin sheet and summer weight duvet. Not okay for that time of year.
2. You changed our van without advice and the new van was a supposed "free upgrade" but the water tank was at least 40L smaller than the one we ordered. There was no water source at the Mundi Mundi bash so we had to buy extra water.
3. There was no way of plugging in the van and the battery drained very quickly and the pilot light for the hotwater heating kept blowing out.

The whole experience was positive. Pickup was no problem. The campervan was fine, if a little small, but no problem for a few days.
Drop off was no problem either.
Lexi was our pickup contact and Louisa was our dropoff contact. Both ladies were kind and friendly.

Caravan was fine except really should have an electrical outlet available on the counter.

Given we have week plus did think you were bing tight with proving single dish wash detergent and single roll of toilet paper.

Tidy clean van. Really helpful booking staff

The motorhome drove really well and met our needs and expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Close living but lots of freedom.

First time we ever rented a Motorhome. Great way to discover Australia and the West Coast. The vehicle could have been a little bit cleaner than when we got it (crumbs in the table rail, in the cupboards). But in general in quite a good shape. The staff was very friendly and very nice.

I asked help to emergency help telephon acces.It may caused by the night time ,
that Thl stuff looked without knowledge about our car. I felt so much stress in comunication with him.

We booked the LDV campervan with the rooftop tent. While check-in was smooth and the van was generally in good condition, we ran into a safety issue right after leaving the depot: the rooftop tent wasn't properly secured and popped open while driving. We had to pull over on the pavement to try and secure it before returning to the branch to get it properly sorted.

Ezy pick up, clean. Friendly staff. It was great not to have to supply anything except food & ourselves.
Surprisingly spacious. Easy to set up & pack up.
An added bonus was the pet option, great to have our dogs with us. Thanks.

The team was really friendly and explained everything about the van really easily. Everything we needed was right there and it was super comfy

Disappointed no one told us there is no drop and go at Darwin. We had paid for a service that wasn't able to be used

Disorganized when picking up, just as well we checked as there were plates and glasses missing

very friendly staff but condition and
stocking of van let the experience down

There was no frying pan so consequently I couldn’t cook any meals.
The water tank was only half full and only enough for one two minute shower.

the Motor home worked very well , and was very comfortable and easy to drive. the staff were very helpful and knew their product

It was our first time experience with a motorhome .
Being an European 🇪🇺 car took me a while to get use to the knobs from left to right
To switch on the head lights it was not on the steering wheel indicator knob as in most japanese cars we have in Australia 🇦🇺
Took me a while until someone helped me the location of light switches underneath steering wheel on right side of the dashboard
Mercedes Benz van 🚐 lovely to drive.
Because of the size of the vehicle have to look for parking in the right place

The motor home we hired was right for us and the type of trip we took. We, 2ppl, travelled South West WA.
It was clean, comfortable, had all the features we needed to stop and enjoy whatever and whenever. Check in and drop off was easy and efficient, the staff were professional and pleasant to deal with.

Fridge has a funny fishy smell to it and consideration should be made for the time of year when requesting bedding. I hired in August and only received a bottom sheet and a summer quilt, no additional blankets for a winter booking. I guess I could have been asked the question if I needed more or even given extra just in case.
I have hired similar in New Zealand which had heating which worked if gas and Apollo Perth only have heating that runs of 240v power

Easy pick up , clean functioning van , easy drop off

Pick up handover was easy,
Drop off was easy.
Motorhome worked great, we really enjoyed it more than we thought we would.
