dropshipping caché, pratiques commerciales douteuses et mensongères, SAV désastreux et l'entreprise se contredit : sur instagram, ils assument que le shipping s'est fait depuis la Chine et par mail ils esquivent la question et m'encouragent à renvoyer le produit. Le problème n'est pas le produit, mais la contradiction entre le réel et ce qui est annoncé sur le site. Résultat : 3 à 5 jours ouvrés de livraison transformés en 20+ jours, avec la fameuse double étiquette sur le colis : celle des douanes européennes collée vulgairement par dessus celle chinoise. Déçu évidemment, non seulement par les promesses non tenues, mais aussi par le manque d'honnêteté de la marque. La qualité pourtant est plutôt bonne à priori, mais je ne commanderai plus chez eux car c'est des menteurs et des gens malhonnêtes.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience promoting Aporro as an affiliate. I have generated valid sales and followed all of their terms, but my commissions have not been paid even after several months.

The tracking system initially showed my earnings, but they remained in a pending or unclear status for far too long without any proper explanation. What’s worse is that their support team has been unresponsive — I reached out multiple times and received little to no meaningful feedback.

As an affiliate, transparency and timely payments are crucial, and unfortunately, Aporro fails in both aspects. This creates a lack of trust and makes it very risky for anyone considering working with them.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before investing time and money into promoting this brand.

I made my first purchase with this brand and everything seemed right at first… but then with the shipping came the problems… they said it takes 4-6 days to Portugal so I bought a piece. I bought 9th march today is 19th march and still haven’t received. The worst part is they don’t ever mention the order come from overseas and has to go thru customs so I’m still waiting for my package and I don’t know where it is because the tracking number they gave me doesn’t show nothing and also on support they gave me 2 reply’s only 1 per day saying the same thing and then stopped replying… I see so many people saying it’s good I can’t believe this is only happening to me… bear in mind they started talking to me with another missing piece from another client a custom piece worth 790€ they thought was mine…..

Their products are high quality and honestly just look amazing. Shipping was fast and an queries I had were answered very quickly. Excellent service 👍.

Ich habe im Dezember 2025 zum ersten Mal einen silberfarbenen Anhänger inklusive Kette hier bestellt. Der Versand wurde sehr schnell in die Wege geleitet und die Lieferung kam bereits innerhalb einer Woche bei mir an. Die Ware war äußerst sorgfältig verpackt und wurde in einer sehr schönen Box geliefert. Schon beim Auspacken war ich von der Qualität des Anhängers beeindruckt – ein wirklich detailreicher Schmuckanhänger mit sehr schönen Steinchen und einer insgesamt hochwertigen Verarbeitung.

Nach etwa drei Monaten ist mir jedoch aufgefallen, dass sich an einer kleinen Stelle etwas verändert hatte. Es war keine starke Verfärbung, eher eine leicht dunklere bzw. mattere Stelle. Woran das lag, kann ich mir bis heute nicht erklären, zumal ich den Anhänger nie direkt auf der Haut getragen habe, sondern immer über dem Textil.

Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice über WhatsApp kontaktiert und Bilder geschickt. Der Support reagierte sehr freundlich und professionell. Ohne lange Diskussionen wurde mir innerhalb weniger Tage ein neuer Anhänger zugeschickt – absolut unkompliziert und kundenorientiert.

Dafür gibt es von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne für den Kundenservice und 5 Sterne für die wunderschöne Kette mit Anhänger. Ich kann diesen Shop wirklich sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier bestellen. Ich werde häufig auf den Anhänger angesprochen und trage ihn sehr gerne.

Es ist gut möglich, dass ich mir in Zukunft noch weiteren Schmuck hier bestelle, denn sowohl die Qualität der Ware als auch der Kundenservice haben mich wirklich überzeugt.

J'ai l'habitude d'acheter des chaînes cubaines sur un autre site très qualité, la pour 167€, la taille commandée n'est pas celle reçue, qualité médiocre mais vraiment j'ai cru a une blague. Ils ne remboursent pas les 8€ de livraison expresse, je renvoi le colis a mes frais (16,99€) La qualité est a des années lumières des photos. A fuir

I bought a necklace and a bracelet, and everyone has something good to say about them. They look incredibly shiny in photos and are of very good quality. If you buy something here, you won't regret it.

While one of the studs on the clove pair had an issue, customer service was quick and effective at resolving it. I'll definitely be buying more accessories for both my partner and myself!

Je suis français ,J'ai effectué trois achats en tout Chez eux cela a mis une semaine environ pour que le produit arrive chez moi.

Car j'ai déjà effectué d'autres achats de bijoux dans d'autres boutiques via l'e-commerce je constate que les produits mettent plus d’un mois à arriver , car ils viennent tous de Chine et ne sont pas de très bonne qualité ni conforme au photos >>>> et là c'est tout le contraire les produits de chez APORRO sont fabriqués en Europe et sont de très bonne qualité. Les commerciaux répondent rapidement et te rembourse si quelque chose ne va pas ds et respecte les règle du e-commerce

J'ai reçu ma chaîne … les produits sont d'excellentes qualité rapide à la livraison Je rachèterais un nouveau Bonne expérience :)

avevo già ordinato anni fa sul sito ed era andato tutto bene,

questa volta effettuo un ordine da più di 150€ arriva il pacco ma i prodotti dentro sono sbagliati.. contatto l’assistenza per il reso/cambio e mi dicono che per la pratica le spese di spedizione sono a mio carico (circa 40€ minimi dato che il pacco va rispedito in Polonia) in parole povere per un loro errore oltre ai quasi 200€ spesi devo aggiungerne altri 40/50€ per mandargli il prodotto da LORO inviato sbagliato.. Parlavo sempre bene del loro sito ma questa è stata l’ultima volta che vedranno dei miei ordini.. ora devo tenermi due prodotti sbagliati che non me ne farò nulla.
