dropshipping caché, pratiques commerciales douteuses et mensongères, SAV désastreux et l'entreprise se contredit : sur instagram, ils assument que le shipping s'est fait depuis la Chine et par mail ils esquivent la question et m'encouragent à renvoyer le produit. Le problème n'est pas le produit, mais la contradiction entre le réel et ce qui est annoncé sur le site. Résultat : 3 à 5 jours ouvrés de livraison transformés en 20+ jours, avec la fameuse double étiquette sur le colis : celle des douanes européennes collée vulgairement par dessus celle chinoise. Déçu évidemment, non seulement par les promesses non tenues, mais aussi par le manque d'honnêteté de la marque. La qualité pourtant est plutôt bonne à priori, mais je ne commanderai plus chez eux car c'est des menteurs et des gens malhonnêtes.

J’ai attendu plus d’un mois pour un pendentif que j’ai toujours pas reçu d’ailleurs mais c’est pas ça le plus intéressant 😂
Leur produit c’est du aliexpress il disent que ç’est eux qui les font mais ça vient tout droit de chine jsuis curieux si j’le reçois un jour de la qualité j’aurais pu l’avoir sur aliexpress directement 4x moin chère alors

I have nothing but good thoughts about these guys. These guys make good jewelry so far so good. The chain hasn’t given me any rashes cause I have allergies to through a lot of stuff specially fake metals so far so good. Everything is real. I do plan on buying another chain from them. I suggest you get yourself jewelry from these guys. They know what they doing and their price of reasonable as a disabled person living on a fixed income, I’m able to floss my shine out

Hat alles super geklappt, die herstellungszeit war etwas länger als angegeben, war es mir aber auf jeden fall wert! Wunderschöne Verarbeitung, der Kundenservice ist auch super, ich würde auf jeden fall nochmal dort bestellen.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich nicht einmal eine einzigen Stern für die Bewertung abgeben. Ich kann nur davon abraten, dort zu bestellen. Im Fall einer Retoure sieht man sein Geld nicht mehr wieder.
Nach etlichem E-Mail Kontakt ( übrigens: oh Wunder aus China) wurde von uns eine Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten veranlasst, nachdem uns erst eine Rücksendeadresse mit falscher Postleitzahl mitgeteilt wurde. Unserer Ansicht nach vorsätzlich. Man hat uns auch den Erhalt der original verpackten Rücksendung bestätigt und dann eine Erstattung versprochen. Nach fast 4 Wochen ist immer noch nichts passiert und jetzt bekommen wir auf Nachfrage nicht einmal mehr eine Antwort.
Man kann nur davon abraten!!! Die Waren sind das Geld nicht wert und der Preis war nicht unerheblich.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the handling of my order #34768 for the 5mm 8-inch 925 silver moissanite bracelet. When I placed this order, the website clearly stated a delivery time of 4-10 business days after processing, with extended wait times of 2-3 weeks only applying to custom or made-to-order items. No mention was made that this bracelet would be made to order, and the “Shipping Info” section even listed a 2-4 business day delivery to the Netherlands.

Upon contacting customer service for an update, I was informed that my bracelet was, in fact, made to order and that production alone would take 2-3 weeks. This critical detail was not communicated upfront, and it drastically impacted my expectations, as I had ordered this bracelet as a birthday gift. Additionally, when I was offered the option to switch to a brass and CZ stones version instead, I was surprised by the suggestion, as that is clearly not what I wanted when ordering a 925 silver moissanite bracelet.

I was also told that your team would update the website to show that this bracelet is “made to order,” similar to how it’s done for other products on your site. As of now, I still do not see any such changes, meaning future customers could face the same confusion.

During my second follow-up, I was given contradictory information. Instead of clarifying the made-to-order timeline, I was told the bracelet was out of stock, and that I would be notified when it was back. This inconsistency further added to my frustration. When I asked for a discount given the long wait time, I was only offered a 15% discount, which I accepted, although I believe more could have been done considering I am now facing a delay of 5 weeks or more for a single bracelet.

Most recently, during my third follow-up on Monday, October 7th, I was told that the bracelet is still in process and would not even be ready for shipping until October 29th. This means that, between production and shipping, the wait time will far exceed anything stated on your website.

This entire experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, especially considering the positive reviews that initially led me to trust your brand. To date, I still have not received my order, and I am now left waiting much longer than expected.

I hope you will take immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that such poor communication and delays do not happen again. I would appreciate an appropriate solution for this inconvenience.

Ich bin begeistert! Anfangs war ich skeptisch… Ich ging jedoch das Risiko ein, Geld zu verlieren und die Kette nie zu erhalten. Ich musste es einfach versuchen! Und meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! 😍 der Artikel kam eine Woche später an, aber das ist absolut kein Problem, finde ich! Die Kette sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus, wie auf den Bildern/Videos! Wirklich top!

I ve been reading some bad review I was concern at the beginning but then I check myself and ,yeah, they re fair enough, is written on website that the customise pieces are not refundable so ...not they re faul guys, no offence.
I would give them 10000/10 stars.
