Really easy to book tickets
Really easy to book tickets. Easy to read terms and conditions. Show was great and had a great time! Only downside is wish there was more free drinks!

the whole experience was so enjoyable
the whole experience was so enjoyable. daniel was so lovely welcoming everyone and ensuring we knew what to expect and what to do. the lady keeping us entertained before going live was incredible. she was so entertaining and funny and down to earth, really made the whole experience as amazing as it was.

Amazing experience
From start to finish the day was brilliant.
We really didn't think we end up with tickets.
Our young son was especially thrilled we got tickets.
We would love to go back, and highly reccomend applause for the experience we will never forget. Thank you

If your a young lady, then you’ll get a ticket and I’ll put you straight in the front row, whereas if you are older, gentlemen might get a ticket and I’ll stick you in the back. There’s freedom of speech in this country. This is an American company this company is a scam company

As explained in our many previous responses, our decision remains unchanged. Your account was not restricted without reason, nor because you expressed an opinion. It was restricted following repeated breaches of our Terms & Conditions and our Respect Statement.
Your allegations that we are a "scam", operate illegally, or discriminate against guests are entirely false. ApplauseStore® has been operating successfully since 2001, works directly with some of the world's largest broadcasters, studios and production companies, and all ticket allocations are made in accordance with production requirements, availability and our published Terms & Conditions.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour, whether in person, by email, on social media or through online reviews. This policy exists to protect everyone who interacts with our business and is applied consistently. We also have a duty of care to our staff, production crews and all our ApplauseStore® members who attend our TV shows and events through our service.
Whilst everyone is entitled to express their views, repeatedly posting false and defamatory statements does not alter the facts. Our decision to permanently withdraw access to our services stands, and we will not be entering into any further correspondence regarding this matter.

Loved the experience but there was only a choice of wine at the beginning and no water. We asked so many times for water and didn’t get as there were no clean cups. Eventually we got a tiny cup of water to share
