Appodeal have very nice team members they always replaying to my questions. Appodeal is really great service as compared to others, specially live chat support for customer care is very amazing. I always use their live chat support and i learn a lot from them and also my ads monetization experience is much improved because i chat with them always as friendly.

Appodeal is a good solution for monetizing applications.
but if they try to bring more networks to their platform it will be best among other networks.
my revenue dropped down in the past 3 months becausethe of APPLOVIN fill rate, support told me this problem is because of your type of application, I hope the support talk with APPLOVIN and solve this problem.

I have tried many platforms for monetizing my apps like mopub and ironsource but appodeal turned out to be the best because of the following reasons:

+Great customer service (responds sometimes within minutes and helps you solve technical issues)

+Can pay you immediately once the threshold is met

+Their Sdk is relatively easy to implement

It's an excellent platform with an incredible support team! Implementation instructions are pretty detailed. Excellent interface with all sorts of statistics. Several payment options.

I definitely had a good experience working and earning with Appodeal mediation.
Easy as others I have tried to integrate in my Unity projects. Easy also to configure in the dashboard (the only negative point is that you need a different package name for your Amazon and Android version). The Admob auto sync is nice to auto-generate the items and avoid creating them twice.
The statistics are now the best I have seen. Very helpful.
The four stars is because they need to improve the amount of networks that works with in-app bidding.
But it's highly recommended if you are comfortable working with a waterfall.

Income optimization and the use of multiple ad networks is a very good solution!

Regarding Payment and other issues I reached Appodeal I got a response and proper explanation about the issue and it's solution.

The platform is really cool and has a lot of potential. In general, everything works cool, but I want more updates with fixes aimed at stability for the Unity developers.
In all other respects, Appodeal is well positioned for business growth. Also, I can’t help but note the cool live chat support, they really manage to provide high-quality and fast support.
