I didn't manage to integrate the application because of some bugs. I tried working with support but, I couldn't work out the problems. My impression was that the app is too buggy. To be honest, it is possible that is my style of coding(I just started to work with IOS). I will come back in the future because I have plans to try to reuse this service, it sounds very promising.

I have been working with Appodeal for more than two years and have already managed to make sure that Appodeal is trusted. The support service is very helpful, which is always in touch, used the support service many times and solved 1000 problems. After Registering with Appodeal I was unable to login to my account shows this message "Your account is locked". I tried to Contact them they never replied.

I've switched to Appodeal mediation in 2015 and use it in every app for ad monetization. The team is super responsive! It is a pleasure to work with people who truly cares about the product.
The SDK is solid and handles various edge cases with ad networks in apps with complex screens.

We used to work with Admob and when we switched to the Appodeal mediation we have doubled our income. I'm happy to work with Appodeal but like everything in the world it has some pros and cons:
Pros:
+ Useful reports for important metrics analysis: CTR, eCPM, ARPU etc
+ Full control over the networks waterfall
+ Amazing support team

- Not very convenient cross-promotion of own apps

Great SDK and awesome support. We use Appodeal SDK in all our Unity 3D mobile games since 2015 and we are very happy with the results. They always search for the best performing and reliable ad networks and fill our inventory up to the maximum. We have fill rate about 95% on iOS and 80% on Android almost in all countries. They also update SDK regularly to be in compliance with all of the latest Apple and Google Play policies. If you are looking for reliable and profitable long term monetization partner you are on the right track!

Been a developer using Unity and publishing on iOS and Android for a few years. I have been using Appodeal since 2019 after HeyZap decided to just stop caring / shut down. I have seen great performance and never had a problem with payouts.

While the SDK Documentation isn't the absolute best, it is passable and Support had been willing at multiple occasions to go as far as to review my code and projects to make sure the SDK works. Their response time is usually a day, sometimes less.

The only thing I'd like to see right now is Native ad integration with the Ujity SDK.

Their SDK is not updated on React native platform. Looks like they don't care.

We’ve been working with Appodeal already for 6 years. Before that and in parallel we tried other mediators and for us Appodeal showed the best results. Finally we’ve integrated their SDK in all our projects (10+). And all these years we have seen their constant development.

Appodeal scrapes e-mail addresses from developers from the App Store and Google Play.

Afterwards, they sent you an e-mail almost every day from different Appodeal e-mail addresses.

In Europe, this is not allowed without explicit consent and therefore this behavior seems to be a breach of the GDPR.

They spam app developers recklessly. Got tons of unsolicited emails from them, even without replying to any of their emails. Very unprofessional company's behavior.

POOR SUPPORT
I am android developer with apps on playstore & few months ago I tried to use their service, so I registered with them & in few days I got the email that your account is locked for no apparent reason.
I tried to contact their support more than 4 times but they never replied that how can I unlock my account or if I am not eligible to use this service anymore.
