I had a Therma Bliss hot stone massage with Rosie H. at the Sherwood Forest Aqua Sana, and it was lovely and relaxing! My first time and will definitely go again when I have the chance.

Staying with the family at Centre Parcs Sherwood from Monday 6th June 2022 for 7 nights. Booked a massage for 4 of us and my experience with Jasmine for my back massage was amazing. Clearly a very well educated lady in this role. Thanks so much for relieving my aches! Looking forward to my next visit. Sarah

I was booked in for a much needed deep tissue massage here this evening. I’m not one to leave reviews but feel so very let down by what was barely a stroke of a massage and the general poor level of service. I left feeling bitterly disappointed - truly the worst massage I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend not wasting money on a treatment here.

I've visited Aqua Sana afew times and the spa experience is always amazing. Having booked a twilight spa session on the 20th of February, we were disappointed to learn that due to the strom the spa would be closed. This was completely understandable and I was emailed to let me know that a refund/ rebooking email would be sent within 14 days. I am still awaiting an email and have spent considerable time waiting on the phone/ emailing and even DMing on instagram and still awaiting any response....The customer service is so so poor and lets down the Aqua Sana brand. Reluctant to re book after this experience- so stressful!

I’ve been to Aqua Sana Elvedon several times and absolutely love it. So for a birthday treat I booked for my daughter and friend to go with me for a spa day.
Obviously not a cheap thing but the price for 2 was from £95 each. I expected to pay £190 . How silly of me. It was £238. Then for the 3rd person it was again shown from £105 and was £129. Totally wrong to charge so much more. I eventually got hold of customer services but it got me no where. Like it or lump it. Because it took a lot to arrange a day we could all take off work I’ve just booked it. But I’m really not happy about the sneaky way the day was over priced.

Visit on 21st Jan 2022. As has always been our experience, absolutely brilliant service and a super relaxing experience. Caine on the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Thank you to the fabulous team!

Visited on 23/12/21 at Sherwood Forest in the day spa. It was a Christmas treat for myself and my daughter - both of had never been to a spa before. This place really was more than what we were expecting - from the most excellent customer service (every staff member were most hospitable and smiley, chatting to us, asking us if that they could be of any help they were available.)

The Elemis products were freely on hand to use upon entry to the spa experiences. There were so many of them (25 in all) that we couldn't manage to visit them in the 8 hours we were there for. We both loved the outdoor pool and as it was raining slightly in the dusk time, it felt very magical. The treehouse sauna was the experience we went in and the wide view of the tree tops overlooking the forest was a sight to behold. The lunchtime meal we chose was an antipasti platter which was presented and plated beautifully; other options were just as tempting but we felt the Italian meal suited the idea of us being on a Mediterranean holiday! There were so much of the experiences that felt like we were truly blissful. We loved the Ice Room and the Salted Room. The whole building and rooms all had a gentle aromatherapy scent to them which was lovely. All in all, we were very relaxed and our massage treatments were very good too - many thanks to them (sorry, can't remember their names) Once we tried the outdoor jacuzzi, I said to my daughter that it was the best experience of my year. We both agreed that we need to come here again each Christmas. We shall, most definitely. Well worth the £125pp.

I bought my wife a gift voucher and for literally weeks now she has been phoning to book in yet nobody ever answers the phones, and she has waited over 40 minutes at times. If you contact them on social media nobody gets back to you and there is no way to book via the website if you have a voucher. So my experience so far is they are happy to take your money for a voucher but the customer service is awful, once they have your money you can’t even book your visit.

I wanted to recognise Holly at Aqua Sana Longleat for such excellent service during my pedicure treatment last week. As well as being incredibly friendly and professional, she also gave me some great tips on how to strengthen my nails after years of wearing acrylic extensions! She didn’t have to go that extra mile, but the fact that she did made me feel so valued as a customer. I was so impressed with the service I received, that I ended up purchasing the products used in my pedicure. Thank you Holly!

It’s a fantastic spa, and the treatments are amazing, but the customer service really lets it down. There’s no email address to contact, and you can’t get hold of anyone on the phone for the lines being too busy so they can’t add you to a queue. You call back at a different time and the same thing happens. I’ve been trying to amend my booking for a week now and still haven’t got anywhere. And you can’t amend it on the website either. The automated message on the phone says to try and get hold of them on social media, however all the people on social media say is to call. Not helpful at all!

Hi, I had a booking for the twilight session on Friday 13th August at the Sherwood Forest Aqua Sana. I rang up on the 29th July to change my booking as a straight swap (£170 as it was the same price) and changed it to the Saturday 4th September. I was told there would be a slight delay in the confirmation however 2 weeks later I have not had it confirmed and my booking on the website still says 13th Aug. Please can you send me confirmation of my new booking.

i visited aqua sana in Longleat and had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful and friendly and their cleaning regime because of covid was brilliant. The spa experiences are very good, with lots of choice. This is the 3rd time i have visited and have never had any problems, best spa in the Country for me, will be visiting again in the near future

Despite leaving a review on TripAdvisor and emailing the hotel directly about the bad treatments I received at the Aqua Sana at Woburn CP in January - they did not resolve the situation.

We have stayed in the spa suites approximately 4 times now and never really had anything to complain about until our most recent stay!! We stayed in one of the ground floor suites and got woken up at 4am to water dripping on us, upon investigation we noticed the floor to our room was flooded and water running down the walls and during out the ceiling. We had to collect our stuff and leave the room, we got taken to a lodge in Centre Parcs which was cold and smelt damp, needless to say we couldn't sleep especially after all the drama. We couldn't have our breakfast in bed which should have been included in the £600 we paid, didn't get to use the beautiful bath (my usual highlight of the stay), hadn't had a good night sleep. Thought we would get some rest in the spa the following day but how wrong were we! Like another person said it was packed, people talking and laughing very loudly and like a cattle market so absolutely no chance of relaxing!! Now the part which made us really angry. We complained to the manager who offered us half our money back!!! I mean really!! This was supposed to be a break away from the kids, a chance to relax and catch up on some uninterrupted sleep and to enjoy some very rare peace and quiet and time together. We had none of this so why they think giving us half our money back is acceptable is beyond me. We will never return again after the way we were treated, their customer service is shocking. Would have been more relaxing to have stayed at home.

Best spa i have ever been too. I dont think men would enjoy it as much as women do. Its so clean, refreshing relaxing and a great place to go when you just want to relax.

I had the best mothers day experience at woburn location.

Fantastic twilight spa experience and treatment. Beautiful surroundings and great value for money.
