I looked all over trying to find a replacement seed dish for my bird, to no avail. I then googled it & found this site. It came promptly & fits exactly as it should. I'm very satisfied all around & will return.

Very happy about the company - very helpful even when the product was not up to any standard at all ... - so I would definitely buy from the company another time

I got all of my products at a good price. All products were intact and in new condition. Shipping was right on time also.

Great price. Only place I could find my cats favorite toy so they saved him from being without and came faster than seems should have been possible. Will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent in every aspect.... Thank You

I am a repeat customer from several years ago. Great selection, quick delivery and good customer service. Answered my email within a couple hours. would recommend without hesitation

The toys I ordered for my fur babies arrived yesterday and they love them. I got the little yellow bird toy that hangs from a doorway. As I said, I got the toys yesterday and one little bird has already lost his tail - not saying that the quality is poor, it's more like Loki won't leave it alone and has so much fun chewing it. I have ordered this product many times over the 16 years I have had cats and I have so many of these toys in various stages of destruction.......... they just can't get enough of them. Once the elastic is rendered useless, I cut it off and the toy becomes a floor toy and it continues to be mauled. "Paws up" is the vote from my kitties.

quick service. perfect item.
a tire store lost my pewter keeshond fob that i had for 20 years. this site had the exact key chain!!! love this site!!!
everytime i start my car i am reminded of my 'little guy'
will do business with them again

Fast, cheap shipping and item was in perfect condition.

Our golden retriever has entropion of his right eye. We scheduled surgery two weeks out and started looking for an alternative to the dreaded 'cone of shame'. Found the 'Optivisor' for dogs while googling and were led to ArcataPet's website. It seemed like a perfect alternative for protecting his eye. . Received the size L visor within two days and we've had plenty of time to get Jake used to it so he will be comfortable wearing it after surgery. We appreciate the quick service. Thanks!

I have a 1yr. Old French Bulldog. There are alot of rocks in the landscaping. She loves them, which I fear she will swallow. I needed a muzzle. So, I called Arcata Pet. In two days I got it and it fits perfectly.

Thank you so much, devoted customer......... CT

I ordered a Tiny Optivizor that was listed as the last 1 in stock. It arrived within 2 days!!! Perfect condition and was just as advertised. It fits my pup, so the size chart worked great.

Super fast service highly recommend this company you won't be disappointed

Super fast shipping and best of all they don't charge expensive s/h to send to PR.

I have two hyper parrots that need their AviCalm powder to chill them out. The product was shipped out the same day and got to my door the next business day. My birds are now in a blissful state of chill-the-f*-out while I'm enjoying a nice and quiet household.
