Don't order from Ardene online

Ridiculously horrible. Dont order online. Havent had a problem before Dec 2024. Emailed multiple times about an order place in Dec 2024, no one would give me proper information. Informed me it would be shipped out soon, but then still recieved nothing after almost 2 months. After reaching out AGAIN, they finally informed me that they decided to cancel my order claiming the items are out of stock and have been since 2024 Dec. Though, the items are still available as of today on their website and app. No help at all and just asked me to reorder items I'm never going to recieve according to them.

Do not order online

Do not order online, i order 6 pair of the same pant paid 7$ for shipping. I only recive 1 of them because they didn't have enough. They charge me for 2 but only got one, after I contacted them they rembourse me for the one I didn't get. I wouldn't have pay 7$ shipping for 2 pants they should have tell me before sending the pants and ask me if I still wanted them or not charge me for de delivery.

ARDENE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUCKS VERY DISSAPPOINTED

Issue since December 2024 still not resolve yet. Emailed few times and explain but customer service will just reply to ask questions without reading properly my issue then after I reply MIA no respond. Then email to follow up will happen the same thing end up till now still pending my missing points and promo that supposedly received in January but nothing due to my purchase doesn’t appear in my account. But check in store they can see my purchase history. ARDENE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUCKS VERY DISSAPPOINTED

Seriously your asking my info here? Where do you want me to sent? Why dont you resolve all your issue ASAP. I have sent and reply to all your customer service email and you still asking me the same questions. Common be responsible.

It would be nice if you offered tops for women that aren't so short. 8 out of 10 tops you offer are cropped. Not all ladies want to wear that, especially in the winter. Please offer more flattering tops for women of all sizes. Thank you.

Such horrible service.

I used to have no problem with Ardenes,but last time I ordered it was terrible, Many things were out of stock, but instead of getting one email telling me what, it took separate email always few days apart, some items were 1 full price 2nd for $1 why I ordered,but only got 2 items at full price ,,I kept emailing them,,nothing back,,The tops I wanted,not available,yet they had a sale showing the very same tops..I do not trust them now,and won'f shop anymore..A shame..

Customer Service Won’t Help

Very, very unimpressed with their customer service. It’s abysmal. An order I placed in December was never delivered to me - it was signed for by a stranger and likely delivered to an incorrect address. Customer service took over a week to get back to me, and only then after I followed up. They reported that they had opened an investigation with the courier and told me it would take up to fifteen business days for a response. I waited patiently until more than fifteen business days were passed, but didn’t hear back until I followed up again. Then I was simply told to wait longer - only this time with no idea of how long that wait could be or what was being done to escalate the situation (nothing, I suspect). I expressed frustration and asked what I could even expect for a resolution, or if they could please give me any idea on a timeline? I received no reply this time at all. It’s more than a month after the failed delivery. I’m out over $100, have not received what I paid for or any offer of real assistance or actual care. At this point I suspect that there will be no resolution and they’re just hoping I’ll go away. I’ve never been treated so poorly.

False advertising and misleading sale…

False advertising and misleading sale prices! There's an ongoing sale both in-store and online and they refuse to honour what the sale despites there being the same sale happening online AND in-store. Their customer service is terrible, their phone line just says they can't take calls. If you email them they just say there's nothing they can do and shut you down.

FRAUD COMPANY

FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Merchandise is very poor quality, arrives defective, and the company is extremely unhelpful and dishonest. I wasted hours of my time trying to set up a return on two defective items. Customer service has no supervisors available and the representative lied and said she would send me a label after having me jump through hoops sending her photos of the defective item. Not only did she not do that but she never responded to any of the six emails that I sent to customer service and her. Even after I have filed a dispute with my bank, they continue to not provide me with a return label in accordance with their supposed free returns. They are fighting the dispute instead of sending me a damn shipping label. Disgusting despicable company. Stay away. Not worth it at all.

Ripped off twice

I ordered a pair of leggings online. I had to contact them a week after delivery date and they placed order then. Although they originally took the money right away. After I contacted them a second time, they took money from me again. I received a product 3 days later but definitely not what I ordered. When I contacted them about this, they just told me all was done correctly. Now, I'm out what I ordered and paid for twice. To return what I didn't order, I'll have to pay shipping!! Omygosh!! Do not order from Ardene online.

J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience…

J’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec Ardene. Mon colis, qui était censé arriver le 2 janvier, n’est toujours pas arrivé. Impossible de contacter la compagnie de livraison. J’ai appelé le service client, qui m’a indiqué qu’il me recontacterait rapidement, mais je n’ai reçu aucune nouvelle. J’ai ensuite envoyé un courriel à Ardene, mais je n’ai pas obtenu de réponse non plus. Cela fait maintenant plus de deux semaines que j’aurais dû recevoir mon colis, et je n’ai aucune information depuis. Je suis vraiment déçue.

I’ve been waiting 7 days for them to ship my package out. All it says is “pending”. I’ve already file a report with consumer affairs due to Ardene not answering their phone lines or shipping my order. This should be illegal. Very poor business.

Did an online order through the app

Did an online order through the app. The status was stuck at "exception" which was weird so I contacted customer service through email. They took their time to respond with a useless automated message and asked me to reorder through the website instead. Why would I reorder from a scam company that's taken my money? Funny thing is that they claim the app has an "exception" meaning didn't process but deducted money for the same "exception" order. Now I am scrambling for them to refund my money. Luckily I paid through PayPal. I hope I get refunded quickly.

What a mess Ardene. I was a loyal customer but NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered 2 ribbed turtle necks

I ordered 2 ribbed turtle necks. The order went through then I got an email stating that 1 of them was not in stock. Took forever to receive the 2nd item. I ordered an extra large it fit like a medium. Poor quality. Would take forever to get a refund so total waste of money. I won't be ordering from them again

I have made 2 orders and I can't get…

I have made 2 orders and I can't get any updates on them. I have emailed support and still no updates.

The delivery company CanPar uses #s that are labeled as Spam, so if they call , the calls don't come through.

I can't get a refund. I can't get my goods. I don't think I'll ever support ardene again.

STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING ONLINE FROM ARDENE!!!! I have been doing shopping with Ardene both online and offline and I have never faced such an issue with Ardene or any other company for that matter. As per Ardene my order delivered on Dec 4 2024. I am following up with them from then to today Jan 6 2025. They delivered to the wrong house and I shown them proof that it is at wrong house. From Dec 4 2024 they are asking me to contact police as this is theft. I don't understand how they can say this theft, since they delivered at wrong place. I tried calling them and emailed them multiple times and disappointed with customer service. Never again shopping with Ardene. I hope this can help someone else to stay away from this company's online website.

Racist company

This is the worst company ever. They hire store managers that discriminate against you. I bought a $12 sequined top on 12/23/24. It didn't fit, it was too tight. tried to return it on 12/27/24. Had the tags on it, receipt and unworn. They refused refund or exchange. Instead store manager calls security behind my back, gets me arrested, charged with trespass and barred from Dufferin mall for an entire year. If your black, stay away from Ardene stores, they hire racist people.

Dint order online. Bad customer support.

Don't ever order online with this company. What a joke it's been.

I ordered my items on Dec 4th they were supposed to be there in around 7days (give or take). The shipping company they used seemed to have not bothed to try and deliver the package but instead tell me it had been delayed due to weather....it's been sunny and a light rain for weeks.

Messaged customer service it took them 5days to get back to me and I between each response and other 5days. The customer service just told me i had to wait it out. Tried tommessge the delivery company but they never got back to me and thir online chat was not in use.

Dec 28th i finally got my package that looked like it had been kicked around the yard a few times. But I know if I message the CS it will take me 2 weeks to get anywhere.

Just go in the shop if you need anything. As they are a lot more helpful. The customer support is lacking hard here.

I will I could give less than that. Even after having a bill of the product and the product was not used, they did not return it. Then there is not point of giving the bill to the customer. Customer buy it for the purpose of usage, if the product is not good, there is no way to exchange or return because first we are supposed to keep tags. This is so useless and cheapness of the company.

Ardene, i personally luv your clothes, aside from the quality i like the selection and style of the clothes. Thats why i ordered 2 things off ardene on December 8,which was supposed to come on december 20, and yall said that you will let me now for any "delays". Now its December 23 and i didnt get any further notice. Luckily i can track my order but it always just says "in transit" Where is my order??? And what does that mean ardene?? Anyways i do not recommend ordering online, its not worth it especially paying for express. Very slow......
