Entered my reg number to make sure I got correct part and paid a premium over other suppliers for this reason. Part arrived and did not fit. Returns process was poor. Eventually was only refunded item cost minus postage. I complained that this is not right but customer services refused to budge on postage refund and made excuses for the AC website. Not good enough. Will not use again !

Update after reply: put it right by giving me a full refund then ! You're happy to loose custom over a fiver ?

They sent the wrong oil,so ive returned the wrong item . But no refund

Quick delivery and very good price on motor oil. So much cheaper than the competition, I saved around 35% on the identical product at other online and high street retailers.

I have not received my order, and I am very disappointed that the company has not resolved this problem, and are not returning my emails, or monies owed, I am at the moment persuing what my legal options are.

I needed an intercooler for 2017 Kia optima. Preferably a genuine Kia one. Arnold Clark. Were the only ones saying they had one. Not even Kia had one. Fantastic. So I bought the intercooler, condenser and the radiator (very poorly car) from them. The car was booked in the garage for its front end off, and turbo replacement. A week Friday later. The day before the big day (Thursday) they cancelled the order. Just like that. Said it was because “it could get damaged by the currier”. I emailed them. Said why not be honest and say you haven’t got one. They said they did have one, and they were being honest. And go buy it from somewhere else. Kia says there’s an up to three month wait for an intercooler. So thanks Arnold Clark. That’s the first time and last time I’ll ever use your company. I did get my money back. No problem there. It’s just the let down and knock on effect, it had on me and the garage. Which I’m still dealing with now. I bought a used intercooler. Which is being repaired and pressure tested, at this very moment. And I lost all my surcharge money, on the turbo. Because the deadline ran out. On retuning the old unit.

Waited for manager to get back to me about my experience at AC. Apparently the manager at Sefton street Liverpool thinks it was OK for staff to inform me my car was ready and on my arrival tell me after waiting 1.5 hrs it would be tomorrow thus costing me 4 taxis instead of 2. He thought having my car for 28 hrs to complete a service was OK. Would never recommend Arnold Clark

They emailed me when oil was back in stock and i had it within 2 days.
Will buy off them again unfaultable 5 star service.

Item was out of stock, requested email to be sent as soon as it was available. They did as promised and within weeks I'd ordered and the goods delivered within 2 days. Excellent service, packaged well would highly recommend 👌 thank you.
