I got a Dell motherboard which is I am currently using. The shipping was fast and the product was just as described. I would totally recommend Ascendtech

This company is unbelievable. They sold me a broken computer that blue-screened 4 times in two days. I called tech support and they told me I should try to fix it myself. I sent it back and they charged me a re-stocking fee... on a BROKEN computer!

I called to explain that I shouldn't have been charged a re-stocking fee and the MANAGER of customer service told me that the tech team ran the computer for 3 days and it didn't blue screen, so I would still be charged the $85 re-stocking fee. I told her I had called Tech support about it and told them about the blue screens, so they know there was an issue. She essentially told me I must be lying since they didn't see it happen there.

I asked if she thought it was possible that the tech team just didn't use it in a way that caused the issue to show itself. She said, no that is impossible.

Unbelievable. My only recompense, now, is this review, which is going on every site I can find. What an incredibly ignorant way to run a business.

I love the product I received from them. I've bought from various other sellers but they haven't provided me service like Ascendtech. Quick and responsive to my emails. I even returned a product once and that went smoothly. I would love to buy from them again anytime!!

I purchased a tablet from this vendor. The description matched the product & worked as described. I had a problem on how to adjust the screen intensity & asked them for help. They made their suggestions which I followed. I noted to them that there was an application that controlled my screen that did resolve my issue. They responded to my issue in just a few hours. thanks

Had just what was needed, at a reasonable price!

Product looks great and I will be installing soon. I need to better understand how to hook up the power supply to this motherboard (it's more like a notebook/laptop interface) which means I may need to swap out my power supply or use a different motherboard power connector.

I purchased a motherboard to fix a computer that just stopped working. After installing the motherboard everything was recognized in the bios and the installation of all the drivers went great.

I ordered an HP Pavillion Motherboard. I was surprised and excited to get an early delivery. Product was precisely as described on eBay.

Ordered a power supply from them on ebay. Seems to be how they described it. Tested it only to see if it powers on, and it did. Hopefully everything goes well and it holds up.

Shipping was EXTREMELY fast. Well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Once installed, worked perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a motherboard combo just before the holidays..received my unit and I was excited to upgrade my pc with current technology..ran into a few issues, and after contacting support offered by seller..I was so happy to know they were behind me all the way..to the point of sending me a new board..I have never been so happy to have a company that will be patient enough to help install upgrades but is there when things don't go as planned..I have built 50 or more pcs but back in the XP era..so I admit I was a little nervous..this company "gets it" where customer service is concerned...thank you Ascendtech..
