The had what I needed at a reasonable price.

I needed to upgrade my computer It was a windows Vists computer. I upgrade it to windows 7 :] but after that it was the end of the road. I need windows 10 like it or not as windows 7 is grate. So to keep cost low I got this motherboard from Ascendtech grate company. For $ 30.00 for the motherboard and other $ 25.00 are so, I got a CPU for it. Plus some used new memory with my old computer box I now have windows 10. I now can say that my computer is a lot faster. I think that I can upgrade to the next windows 11 and windows 12 with this motherboard thanks Ascendtech.

I always hesitate buying refurbished or used electronics. I had talked with them on the phone before my eBay purchase they were great took away any of my concerns. I do buy most of my electronics used Fitness GPS watches, Bike GPS and ETC. I do not like paying the full retail price for most items I have been lucky to have very few issues.
The Dell Venue 11 Pro I purchased was refurbished. It said it may have some signs of use. When I received the Item it was packaged very well. The item looked new. I would purchase from this company any time they have an item I am looking for.

I had a very good experience with the customer service from Ascendtech. I ordered a DELL VENUE 11 PRO 10.8" CORE I3-4020Y 4GB DDR3 128GB SSD WIN-10 PRO WIFI TABLET. When ordering the item I accidentally used the wrong payment method using PayPal. I asked Ascendtech to cancel my order and would reorder using a different payment method. Ascendtech responded right away. I did reorder the same item. I would recommend them to anybody that I know.
