The gas storage container is very well built and the delivery was spot on all in all very pleased.

A reassuringly robust order flow. My only observation is that the item descriptions on the acknowledgement and order documentation don't really match those given in the catalogue, so there was slight doubt as to whether the correct item would be dispatched. Having consistent, meaningful product descriptions across the process would be a welcome improvement.

Contacted Asgard regarding an issue with the lock being jammed on my Asgard shed. The shed is otherwise an excellent and secure item.
Spoke to Kelly who made some enquiries and offered advice and assistance regarding freeing the lock.
As a good will gesture, Kelly kindly sent out a replacement lock.
This OUTSTANDING level of service will result in my thorough recommendation amongst all my friends and colleagues, who place their high value items in a secure high quality container but have somewhat limited space, safe in the knowledge that they have unrivalled support from Asgard.

Very prompt response and delivery

I found lots of sheds to choose from, the descriptions and photos helped me narrow down the bike shed that would be perfect for my needs. However once ordered a confirmation email did not state what had been ordered only the amount paid and the delivery address, two days later the order confirmation came through with the description of my order. This confirmation had a description for a different shed so I had to phone Asgard for them to confirm that the shed that I had ordered was correct, leaving me a bit confused and hoping the correct shed turns up.

Update: Now reassured, look forward to the arrival of my new bike shed.

The product is good but delivery and customer service is poor. We patiently waited over 6 weeks for our delegated delivery slot. The product was delivered ahead of the scheduled time with no update to us, I was in the garden and not aware. They didn’t phone but left our £850 delivery in the front garden available to anyone to steal. I then discovered it and had to carry it through to the back garden - it was very heavy. I then had a delivery text over an hour later to say it has been delivered - this would have been in the delivery window if they had delivered then. I complained to the company and they have shown very little interest, understanding or apology. V poor service for an expensive product

Straightforward and simple system of ordering with excellent follow up email.

At this point I have only placed my order, but the order process was very straightforward. I did have a couple of questions prior to placing my order and received a prompt email answering my questions, so all good so far.

Asgard are a great company. Their products are very high quality. I now have three Asgards stores... and they are so well made.

I heard so many positives about this workshop and was so excited on delivery day, at a glance all looked okay, this is where it stopped. I purchased quite a few accessories/extras, this then identified my issues, the light gantry can not be fitted to my workshop due to faulty product or poorly assembled by the Asgard team. I’m unable to remove a few of the screws to amenable gantry installation, this is due to the screws being partly unaccessible. I have sent multiple photos to the customer care team who’s first response clearly identified lack of product knowledge from their part, the second response however really shows how unprofessional Asgard as a team really are, I was instructed use a tool that I don’t have and work out how to fix this myself without causing any damage. It for good measure they’d send me some screw for good measure. For me to gain access to the said screws would mean bending and damaging my workshop roof to enable me to do so or dismantle and rebuild this particular section, again without causing damage. This is one of the main reasons for me making this purchase to have the professionals assemble the workshop to prevent the issues I’m now facing.

The immediate response was good ,but I'm waiting for confirmation of my new shed door and delivery time .It's possible I haven't given Asgard fine to respond

I have previously bought 2 of their sheds and they are really good and hard wearing, 5 stars for the product. Only four stars because the lead time was really long this time and then that was pushed further out.
