I’ve had my bike shed for nearly 10 years and it’s still going strong. After moving house, I managed to lose one of the hinge plates, so I contacted the company to see if I could buy a replacement. They sent me a new plate and bolts (including a spare) completely free of charge. Fantastic product and, clearly, fantastic customer service. I know exactly where my next shed will be coming from!

Bought an Asgard Bike Shed in 2019 the first 3 or 4 years were great no problems at all.
Then it started to go wrong doors won't shut properly without beating the shit out of them to close properly.
Rang Asgard they said the doors need adjustment well you can't actually adjust these doors.
Customer service is rubbish these sheds are bloody expensive and now mine is a right pain to open and close would never buy an Asgard Shed ever!!!

Very pleased with my bike storage shed well built solid construction able to fit three bikes in it .
Good communication from delivery driver letting me know arrival time paid for assembly which took approximately 40 minutes highly recommend.

Already have one Asgard metal shed we bought 10 years ago. Recently had a few neighbours garages/sheds broken into for garden tools etc but i saw on our cameras that they gave up trying to get into ours. All our garden tools, spades, forks, shears etc in there. Adding another now. Great product, proven security and easy to order. Highly recommended.

I've not received the shed. The ordering is very good - but it's disappointing that delivery times are so slow.

Asgard Shed was recommended to me by a friend, I thought no shed is worth that much!!
Im happy to say I was totally wrong - This shed was a bargain.
The structure is ridiculously solid, the nerd that I am spend 30 minutes admiring the work put into the powder coating alone.
Its highly secure, water tight and will last for ever, will certainly outlive me.

I am going to buy a new on for spring delivery, but this time I will pay for the erection. The panels are quite heavy so assembling is best left to an expert.

Need to shout out to the delivery driver too. Cool guy who delivered to the spot in the garden i asked him to and was also a very proud Asgard employee.

Paid my money and not heard from the company since.

The person on the phone was very helpful. I explained what was the problem with my aga box container and she knew exactly what I meant and told me I needed a certain item and she gave me the price and explain to me. Hi to order it online and it will be with me within 7 to 10 days it arrived early very pleased.

Straight forward and lots of information.

We researched online and came across the Asgard products where we read some very favorable reviews. We placed an online order for a Flexistore 1511 and received immediate confirmation followed by regular updates regarding its supply and delivery which was admittedly quite protracted but at least we knew from the moment of placing the order the anticipated timeframe so in that respect we appreciated the upfront information. We chose the additional erection service and we took delivery early this morning for which we received several prior communications giving advice of ETA. The shed was installed in our preferred position within approximately two hours and we were extremely pleased with the entire operation which was undertaken by professional and experienced personnel. The product is of faultless quality – being robust, totally secure and with a quality powder coated finish. We also purchased the additional base which has adjustable feet and allows for the shed to be made perfectly horizontal. All in all – this is a superb shed of faultless quality and a credit to a British company.

I only ordered some levelling shims and once I mentioned I needed them quite quickly they were delivered rapidly.

Plus there was a great option of mixing various sizes and all at a very reasonable price.
