I’m very impressed with the ordering system from this company. Having waited for over 3 months for a tin storage shed from Parkdean who cannot give me an eta and suggested that I source my own, I did this on Sunday morning. An email confirmation arrived, together with an expected delivery date which was exactly what the website assured me would happen. I know what I’ve ordered will be good as I’ve already seen the product around the park.

My bowling club purchased their first shed from Asgard 4 years ago to store our score boards, gatherers and other equipment and we were very impressed with the quality of the shed.
This year we purchased a sit on iron/roller and decided to get a further Asgard shed. They have so many to choose from and they are very sturdy and secure. We would recommend them to other clubs for equipment storage.
On both occasions we also paid for erection and delivery.

Asgard’s website is very informative and the lady I spoke to on the phone very helpful. I am replacing my previous Asgard bike shed with a larger one to accommodate my new Jorvik Frelsi trike and associated gear. I should add that the original was snapped up for use on the allotment of one of the friends who helped me prepare the site.

Good communication and a good product - easy to assemble- very pleased with it. So much so I’ve ordered another one.

Good details of specs and easy to use site. I’ve also got another Asgard shed that is 15 years old survived a house move and still as good as new.

The product specs are thorough as well as colour options.
The only issue we've had putting in an online order is when using a discount code. We need to use your order form to create the quote to attach to our Oracle order. We then have to await the allocation of a purchase order number before completing your online order. This has caused confusion on a few occasions when the discount is not applied and a demand is made for extra money or on one occasion a smaller shed was delivered rather than the one ordered. The issue of whether to include the VAT in the price is still to be resolved. Since we are VAT registered, we are instructed to put ex VAT prices in the order. However, this seems to cause confusion, so I am including it. Hopefully our accounts section are able to claim it back?

I have. Got a large Asgard shed and it is very sturdy and a Lovely green Colour as well as hardwearing. I have ordered a smaller shed for household items to be stored in. The experience of ordering it was straightforward and it went through hassle free.

So far so good , they was honest and upfront about delivery times as there would be some delay due to manufacturing which i appreciated.

I was confused with ordering on line so rang asgard to order a shed ,which you cannot do but the lady ( sorry I've forgot your name ) explained everything and would look out for my order coming through on line and would check it for me which she did , can't thank her enough brilliant service

Website is easily accessible and the diagrams of the sizes of the required base very helpful.
For my own purposes I did call the company and the young lady was extremely helpful and I then went on to order online. I have received all the messages as originally advised & I’m looking forward to the installation next month.

Great website that is easy to navigate and describes in detail what to expect when order placed. The company faces up to lead times giving clear dimensions and types of base accepted for each size of shed. Looking forward to installation and if as good as claimed I will be replacing my other shed with another Asgard purchase.

Regret to report that even with regular maintenance as recommended by the Asgard website my shed has corroded after 5 years 1 month. One of the doors has fallen off because the 2 hinges have completely rusted. Customer services accept no responsibility, stating corrosion is a failure of my maintenance, not their product!
