The Asgard cycle locker is of excellent…
The Asgard cycle locker is of excellent quality and we are very pleased with it. We have had another cycle locker for 25 years and it has served use well.
My only complaint is the very poor installation instructions and in particular the simple drawings which do not give precise information about aligning key items. I had to install the roof four times to correct small problems that would never have happened if there had been a few simple photographs. The videos on the Asgard website are useless they are of very short duration and do not show the critical areas for self assembly. I think Asgard should just update the instructions with a modern set of photographs and a few words to assist the owner assemble their shed or cycle locker.

Thanks for the feedback, I am genuinely surprised by the feedback on the instructions comment, they usually receive positive feedback. Though we do occasionally make a mistake, maybe we did with this one. Current copies can be downloaded from the product pages though if needed. However, the videos, are indeed getting on a bit these days, I have nice thick, long hair in some of them and still show signs of youthful enthusiasm! We have now started redoing some of these, getting them updated, and get us old folk out and the new people in. I think the oldest video with me in is 2009, where I show how a lock works.

Excellent Customer support when things are not quite correct
We ordered a metal shed with an additional shelf - it was delivered as anticipated and we built it. The quality was good and went together well. On completion we realised that we had an incorrect bracket to complete the job. Contacted customer support and Zarah Jallani was very helpful guiding us through the process of getting a replacement bracket. This was arranged and sent out and we now have a perfect metal shed. Thank you Zarah and the Asguard team

Large Shed
Having purchased a smaller Asgard shed several years ago I was already aware of the quality. This shed being much larger was constructed very efficiently by two staff. Highly recommend Asgard because their sheds are really secure and need minimum maintenance.

Poor customer service
We've bought eight sheds in total from Asgard, they are perfect for our needs and have lasted years. Recently we tried to purchase another shed for charity work and due to our location, Asgard said they would not accept the order. We offered to collect and install the shed ourselves and Asgard said that was not possible. Okay, fair enough. We asked Asgard to work with us to find a solution so that we could purchase the shed but their customer services supervisor was incredibly dismissive with poor communications. I've always raved about the service at Asgard but I would not recommend them now. There's always a solution if the customer and supplier work together but unfortunately Asgard don't agree, not the service they used to have sadly.

I’ve looked into this for you, and unfortunately, I’m sorry to say we’re not going to be able to help on this occasion.
I can see you’re based on the Isle of Lewis, which unfortunately makes delivery particularly difficult for us. I also noticed you were looking for one of our Garrison Plus 3 Units. Due to the size and weight of these particular units, they are built by our team using specialist tools and equipment specifically designed for their construction.
So, unfortunately, we simply aren’t able to assist with this one. Apologies, and I’m sorry we can’t be of more help on this occasion.

Wonderful Shed!
I wanted a good quality Metal Shed and I got it! It’s waterproof, secure, easy to clean and excellent quality. I back onto a Nature Reserve, the local rat population are extremely sad as they can no longer nest underneath!!! I love this shed as much as I love chocolate & red wine!!!

Hi .My client asked me for a secure storage unit. I came across yourselves and showed the options to my client which went down well as they where impressed by the quality and the security of the units. I then went onto ordering a 5x7 Centurion style unit
which was an easy process to complete and pay for.
