Asgard Secure Steel Storage Reviews 

Ordered a secure shed for garden tools etc after seeing the quality of the product in our neighbour's garden. Order process was straightforward. The long delivery period was explained up front (sheds are built to order and I requested delivery of the accessories to be with the shed). Asgard kept me informed by email of progress throughout. The delivery driver helped me to bring the parts into my back garden and was polite and helpful. My grandson and I put the shed up on one of the hottest June days ever recorded. The 5.5 hour build time is probably not representative of its ease of construction as we took frequent breaks to cool down and hydrate. The only difficulty we had was that some of the fixing holes were slightly misaligned but by loosening some earlier fuxings we could realign panels and get the screws in at all locations. I'd recommend having manual, ratchet and electric screwdrivers available for self-builders, to speed up the installation and help with doing up the screws in the tight spaces. And it's definitely a two person build. The finished shed looks great, is very stable and the 1 star lock should be more than adequate to secure a few garden tools within. Overall, I am a very happy Asgard customer.

The website is easy to navigate. The price paid for the quality of the product is fair. I am now just waiting for a confirmation of when the product will be delivered and assembled. I can’t wait for it to arrive!

I’ve had bike storage from Asgard in Leeds a few years ago. I know they are down to earth and very good. Discussing my needs on the phone was very helpful and ordering a Trojan bike store was easy online. Thanks.

Just a shout to delivery drivers, always very helpful with asguard. Ive ordered another shed a few weeks ago and its 10 week wait but I guess with summer theres going to be delays

This is not a review of a produc that arrives in 6 weeks, but of the purchasing experience. It was straightforward. I have 3 other Asgard products,which I’m more than happy with, hence another purchase.

Top quality product - Annex E shed kit. The shed is super solid and heavy - it's relatively easy to put together for a competent DIY'er - I did it alone and fitting the roof was tough due to it's size and weight - an extra pair of hands would help a lot with this part. The bottom of the doors rubbed slightly on mine and I tried levelling, but to no avail - I realised in the end that the small left and right hand panels at the front had slight wider gaps (to the side pieces) at the bottom - a good tap with a wooden block and hammer sorted this out and allowed free movement of the doors. The delivery service was excellent with a very nice man carrying the parts in, offering advice and checking everything was in place.

Excellent customer service, always pleasant people on the phone to deal with no matter who you get, and fast delivery and great communication.

I purchased the gutter brackets, while a little fiddily to begin with once you get the hang of them they go in well. Gutter is secure and harvesting water.
If you could make the captive bolts a little long that would help.
Delivery was really quick!

If there is any issues with the manufacturing of the shed, the company immediately tries to blame this on the way it's been installed, or the base. The bolts on the bottom of my shed do not align and the shed is not lockable. The shed is completely level and supported by a level paving slab base.
Margin at the edges of the base is a few mm smaller than recommended. Unfortunately due to that the company will not accept a return or a refund of the shed. I would advise against going with this company unless you are paying for their pricey installation service, otherwise they blame you for any issues and don't offer any support.

Update: After I left his review they arranged for a fitter to come out to resolve the issue, they were able to pack the shed and bend some bits of the steel in order that the bolts would go down and the door locked properly. I'm happy with the shed now, it's a perfect size for what i needed and seems secure. Shame about the initial customer service but happy to update the review to 4-stars since they fixed it.

Although I had to cancel my order due to a bereavement, Asgard were very helpful in returning my money. In the past I have purchased Asgard storage units and if needed will do so again. I did purchase a tin of green paint for one of my existing cabinets and was very happy with the speed of dispatch and the quality of the paint. Thank you Asgard.
