We have been using Asia Rooms for the past 4 or so years.
it's simple, no fuss, Bookings done in minutes.
All my friends now like me swear by Asia Rooms.

Whenever I travel and has to book my hotel stay, it's always Asiarooms without fail. Wide variety selection, seamless purchase and hiccups-less. Apart from that, they have great customer service! I have tried calling their customer service in Taiwan and in Singapore, it is still hassle-free and always helpful!

What a fantastic site. I booked a room in 10 mins. So easy I'll use this site every time.

I had to change my travel dates due to my daughter becoming ill, and AsiaRooms were fantastic. I've found that all the online booking websites are pretty much the same when making a booking, but the real difference is apparent when you want to change something. I made 2 calls to the call centre regarding different bookings and both times I spoke to a person within a minute. They were able to contact the hotels for my while I was on the line, confirm the date change for one and follow up with an email for another. The staff were courteous, efficient, and spoke good English. I was really happy with both the rates I could get from AsiaRooms and the aftersales service.

More than 3 times booking with Asia rooms. Last booking i have problem to cancel coz my yahoo can't open and i don't know my reference booking. I just call customer service to inform that I want to cancel the booking, by that time I’m in Johor and my laptop is not with me. Without booking reference and cannot open email, I’ll try my luck and told the guys from customer service. I’m so surprise when the guy ask my email address and it works, my booking can be cancel.

I deeply appreciate how patient and professional the customer service was. I felt like a top priority, and my situation was dealt with ease. I'm really glad that Asiarooms has this style of customer service, much better compared to others. I trust and would use Asiarooms again and again.

It is easy to find a hotel in the country you are visiting. Asiarooms have many to choose from. They are well priced and provide ample information on each hotel.

I was only thinking a couple of days ago how well the Asia rooms is set up..obviously being run and managed by professionals who know what they are doing, putting customer satisfaction at the top of the list. I had heard of Asia rooms before but,never used them instead I opted for "Agoda" thinking that they were the best, had the monopoly and that there was not much else out there....but I was wrong & from what I have experienced so far I think i've made a good move...and without doubt more will follow!

I love how AsiaRooms have the free cancellation option. You won't believe how much that helps when planning for a trip with the travelers flying in from different countries!
