I love this app. I was very sceptical but they do actually pay, in a good amount of time, and the surveys/interviews have been interesting so far. I have made £125 so far this month with £90 of that already been paid.

I can't rate highly enough!

After using their platform for almost a year it is a very rewarding user experience, which fits easily into pockets of my time (plus flexible remote options) and offers me good variety by having a chance to influence a wide selection of products and services I purchase and use.

Askables App is very user friendly to navigate and is always a seamless process. Incentive payment is always reliable and of high caliber rate.
The customer service team is friendly, easy to approach and very responsive.

The companies that Askables collaborate with are always professional, ethical, fun and interactive. The 'tone' is always conversational and casual (like a coffee with a friend), very relaxed. I'm always left feeling like my opinions are valued and they appreciate my time and feedback.

I just wanted to express how helpful Justin has been. I accidentally deleted my account instead of logging out and from the beginning to the end his support was incredible. I can’t thank him enough for his help ! I contacted the support team in the morning and by the afternoon I had a response very fast and swift resolution !

Avoid refusing to pay up for studies after contacting support their scammers have reported to trading standards and taking legal action

Have been signed up for over a month, applied for loads of various surveys and in that time have only been accepted onto one that in the hour it took me to open it had already reached max capacity. Feel like this is being posted all over social media purely to bolster their roster numbers when pitching to clients.

App itself is intuitive and simple to use (only reason I’ve given it 2 stars)

My experience with Askable has been incredibly frustrating and, in my view, highly unprofessional.

I successfully completed two surveys that initially appeared in my "Reward History" as pending payments. The following day, both surveys had disappeared from my Reward History altogether. When I reached out to customer support, I was met only with the "Askabot" AI, which provided a generic message about a "known issue" with payments.

After six days of silence and no resolution, I attempted to contact support again, specifically requesting to speak with a human. I waited for hours with no success.

The next day, I finally received a response from a staff member named Bella, who stated:

"After reviewing your account, we're unable to progress this further or offer additional opportunities at this time. We appreciate your understanding, and we won't be able to provide more detail on this decision."

This response did not address my missing payments or explain why the completed surveys had disappeared. Instead, it appeared that my account would no longer receive future survey opportunities, without any explanation.

This is concerning. I have consistently provided high-quality work, including video interviews where the clients themselves were impressed with my contributions. To have my work rejected and payment withheld—without a shred of explanation—is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they have now effectively blacklisted me from future opportunities simply for inquiring about my unpaid earnings.

Based on my experience, Askable’s internal processes regarding payments are opaque and, frankly, raise serious questions about their business practices. If you are considering participating in their surveys, please be aware that they reserve the right to withhold payment for completed work at their discretion, with no accountability or clear recourse for the participant.

In my opinion, the customer support I received was poor, communication was lacking, and the way my case was handled fell well below the standard I expected. I also believe consumers should be able to receive a clear explanation when completed work is disputed or payment is withheld.

Disappointed with the service. I did a few research projects - got paid for the smaller ones. The big ones never got paid then messaged and emailed support. No response. Eventually got a reply saying can’t provide any more info and that was it.

Was great until it wasn’t. Used the platform for about 18 months and bar one instance, quickly resolved by customer support, when no payment received, all seemed good.

Then everything changed a couple of months ago when a couple of surveys completed and no payouts. Messages on customer support saying they are only dealing with urgent matters. Had to chase for over a month then told account frozen but unable to specify why. Reading around this topic I understand it’s called ‘shadow banning’. Sent in an email appealing decision but heard nothing. Never knowingly tried to ‘gain the system’ so no idea why Askable’s took this decision. Had been a positive experience to this point. Wonder if others suffer same fate…do you reach some kind of algorithmic threshold and get frozen out.

Overall advice would be proceed with caution…certainly when the messages about only dealing with urgent matters proposed up on customer support was the point at which things went downhill. If still displaying this sort of message would be extra vigilant.

I've been with Askable for 3 years as a participant. Great experience. There's a huge variety of interviews and tasks, if you're selected. The payouts are super quick for either PayPal or gift vouchers. Friendly and professional facilitators too.

The first and only online money maker I have ever been paid for and have done quite well. I do all I CAN AND MAKE FROM 5( NOTHING LOWER )UP TO (SO FAR) 100 FOR 30 MIN UP TO 60 MIN USING MY SMARTPHONE AND NEVER LEAVE MY HOUSE. I have been doing this since December 2025

I keep getting texts and emails saying I've received payment for my latest work. And surprisingly this is the first time I have not received my payment. CNt seem to get any support right now. If this is fixed soon 5 stars for sure but it's kind of agitating that I have t got paid th $20 for my fair and honest opinion give during the opportunity and as I ha e said I've gotten paid for my work issue free up to this point
