Over priced for 10 mins of work
I needed the coding doing for the trailer
So you plug the computer in to the car

The trailer coding process is not simply a case of plugging in a computer, ticking a box and pressing save. The vehicle’s configuration file must first be downloaded from the car, sent to Stellantis for modification, then returned to us and uploaded back to the vehicle. This ensures the trailer functionality is correctly integrated into the vehicle systems and permanently stored on Stellantis servers for future software updates.
For this work we charged 1 hour labour, with a 10% discount applied, bringing the total to £151.21 including VAT.
We always aim to carry out manufacturer-correct repairs and programming to ensure long-term reliability and compatibility.

After sales shocking
They are quick to take your money,but the after sales service is shocking,a few things wrong with the car which i pointed out to them straight away,and they are just not interested. Never again would i buy a car from this dealership,all my family and friends will be spreading the word not to buy a car from them,shocking supprised they are still in buisiness,the way it is run.

Fantastic service
Received a fantastic service for my electric vehicle. The staff were very professional and friendly, keeping me updated at all times and making sure I had no problems or questions. One of the few dealerships to still offer a collect and deliver for Motability customers. I would definitely recommend
