I collected my new EV and it was a great experience, the staff were very helpful and it was really good customer service.

Excellent customer service, staff are polite, helpful and take their time to help you get the right car for you. Once you get the car they also show you exactly how everything works and make sure you are comfortable before you leave. They also give you a call after a few days to check you are happy with your vehicle.

Due to recall problems from Ford Motor Company I'm still waiting for my car. After the first one was fixed i got the the showroom to collect only to be told there was a second recall and a hold on sales. So I'm afraid I'm not enjoying my new car. I am still looking forward to eventually getting the Mustang but its definitely not been a good experience. A curtsey car in the meanwhile would have been a nice gesture but was told no.

I recently purchased a Puma Gen-E and had the pleasure of dealing with Grace throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, professional and competent, and you would never have known she was still in training. She kept me updated at every stage, was always happy to help, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The whole process was made easy thanks to her excellent customer service. Recently purchased a new Kia Sportage. Sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They provided a suitable vehicle for us to test drive unaccompanied. This meant we could assess and discuss the car without pressure. Our car was delivered as and when promised. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues on collection day. These were quickly resolved to our total satisfaction.

Really good service from Sam when purchasing my Peugeot e-208. He was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. As this was my first EV, he was also really helpful in explaining everything and helping me through the process. I never felt pressured and the whole purchase was straightforward. I’m delighted with the car and would happily recommend Sam, and John Grose Ipswich!
